بررسی و تحلیل آغاز جنگ تحمیلی عراق علیه جمهوری اسلامی ایران از منظر غافلگیری نظامی امنیتی

غافلگیری به دلیل اهمیت فراوان آن یکی از اصول مهم صحنه‌ جنگ به شمار می‌رود. پس از پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی در ایران، قدرت اعتقادی و تفکر اسلام پایه در نگاه به جهان و نظام حکومتی این پدیده، باعث احساس خطر جدی رژیم‌های استعماری و استبدادی گردید تا آنجا که برای مقابله با این حرکت سیاسی مردمی، همه گونه برنامه براندازانه و خرابکارانه موردتوجه قرار گرفت. یکی از این اقدامات؛ حمله ددمنشانه عراق و تحمیل جنگ تمام‌عیار علیه جمهوری اسلامی ایران بود. با توجه به واقعیت جنگ و خسارات و صدمات آن، این مقاله به دنبال پاسخ عالمانه به این سوال اصلی است: که آیا ج.ا.ایران در آغاز حمله عراق دچار غافلگیری شد؟ در صورت تایید غافلگیری ج.ا ایران در شروع جنگ تحمیلی، سوالات فرعی مطرح می‌گردد: 1 علل و عوامل غافلگیری ایران در شروع جنگ چه بود‌ه‌اند؟2 راه‌کارهای پیشگیری از غافلگیری نظامی امنیتی از منظر ساختار، رفتار و زمینه در آینده کدام‌اند؟این پژوهش در زمره تحقیقات کاربردی توسعه‌ای بوده و از ترکیب داده‌های کمی و کیفی شامل مصاحبه و پرسشنامه باز و بسته استفاده‌شده و روش تحقیق آن آمیخته (توصیفی – تحلیلی) است. قلمرو این پژوهش ازلحاظ زمانی از ابتدای انقلاب اسلامی تاکنون و ازلحاظ مکانی حوزه قلمرو نفوذ انقلاب اسلامی و ازلحاظ موضوعی ارائه راهکار پیشگیری از غافلگیری نظامی امنیتی است. به‌منظور پاسخ‌گویی به سوالات پژوهش، ضمن مطالعه اسناد بالادستی،9 مولفه و 60 گویه در حوزه غافلگیری احصاء گردید و در قالب سه پرسشنامه و برگزاری هیئت‌های اندیشه‌ورز نظرات خبرگان امر اخذ گردید و معین شد که جمهوری اسلامی ایران در ابتدای جنگ دچار غافلگیری در سطح راهبردی شده است. در ادامه علل و عوامل غافلگیری موردبررسی قرارگرفته به روش ahp رتبه‌بندی و درنهایت برای رفع ضعف‌ها و علل غافلگیری، راهکارهای ساختاری، رفتاری و زمینه‌ای برمبنای مدل سه‌شاخه‌ای ارائه‌شده است.

Investigating and Analyzing the Beginning of Iraq’s Imposed War on the Islamic Republic of Iran from the Perspective of Military Security Surprise

Surprise, because of its importance, is one of the most important principles of the war scene. After the victory of the Islamic Revolution in Iran, the fundamental Islamic beliefs and thinking of the world and the state of this phenomenon gave rise to a serious danger of colonial and despotic regimes so far as to counter this popular political movement, all subversive and It was subversive. One of these was the brutal attack on Iraq and the imposition of a fullscale war against the Islamic Republic of Iran. Given the reality of the war and its damage, this article seeks to answer wisely the key question: Did Iran get a surprise at the start of the Iraqi invasion? If Iran’s surprise at the start of the imposed war is confirmed, the following questions arise: 1 What were the causes and factors of Iran’s surprise at the start of the war? 2. What are the strategies for preventing militarysecurity surprise in terms of structure, behavior and context in the future?This research is one of the developmental applied researches and the combination of quantitative and qualitative data including interview and openended questionnaire and its research method is mixed (descriptiveanalytical). The scope of this research has been from the point of view of the Islamic Revolution in the area of influence of the Islamic Revolution since the beginning of the Islamic Revolution up to now, and from the point of view of providing them with a preventive strategy of military surprise. In order to answer the research questions, while studying the upstream documents, 9 components and 60 items were collected in the field of surprise. It was obtained through three questionnaires and holding opinions of experts. Then, the causes and factors of surprise are investigated by AHP method. Finally, structural, behavioral and contextual solutions based on triplicate model are presented to eliminate the weaknesses and causes of surprise
