الگوی ارزیابی پیامدهای عملکرد سازمانی در اندیشه امام خامنه‌ای (مدظله‌العالی)

ارزیابی پیامد، بخش نهایی ارزیابی عملکرد است که میزان تحقق پیامدها و به عبارتی اثر اقدامات، برنامه‌ها و فعالیت‌های سازمان‌ها در محیط را مشخص می‌کند. اعمال یافته‌ها و نتایج حاصل از ارزیابی پیامد‌ها در طرح‌ها و برنامه‌های سازمان‌ها منجر به اصلاح و بهبود عملکرد و ارتقاء کارایی و اثربخشی سازمانی می‌شود. هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر دستیابی به الگوی ارزیابی پیامد‌های عملکرد سازمانی در اندیشه امام خامنه‌ای (مدظله‌العالی) می‌باشد. نوع پژوهش بنیادی و روش آن نظریه‌پردازی داده بنیاد (گراندد تئوری) است که پژوهشگران از طریق مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای نسبت به جمع‌آوری داده‌ها (بیانات سال‌های 1368 تا 1397) اقدام و بیانات معظم له را با فن تحلیل محتوا و گفتمان و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار maxquda 12 موردبررسی و تحلیل قرار داده‌ است. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش، پژوهشگران در پاسخ به سوالات پژوهش، ضمن تحلیل بیانات، گزاره‌های مرتبط با موضوع را استخراج، دسته‌بندی و بررسی نموده و نتایج آن را که شامل هفت عنصر: تبیین پیامدها، شاخص سازی پیامدی، جمع‌آوری داده‌های محیطی، تحلیل داده‌های محیطی، نتیجه‌گیری، تولید گزارش و تولید کاربست نتایج ارزیابی پیامد‌ها است، در اندیشه امام خامنه‌ای (مدظله‌العالی) به همراه الگوی ارزیابی پیامد‌های عملکرد سازمانی ارائه نموده‌اند.

A Model for Assessing the Outcomes of Organizational Performance in Imam Khamenei’s Thought

Outcome assessment is the final part of performance appraisal that determines the extent to which the effects, in other words, the actions, programs, and activities of organizations in the environment are realized. Applying the findings and results of evaluating the outcomes in the plans and programs of organizations leads to the Correction and improvement of performance and the promotion of organizational efficiency and effectiveness. The main purpose of the present study is to achieve a pattern of evaluating the outcomes of organizational performance in Imam Khamenei’s Thought. The type of research is fundamental and its method is the foundation data theory (Grand Theory) Through a library study of data collection Researcher, through library studies, collects data (Statements from 1368 to 1397) and analyzed Most of him statements using content and discourse analysis techniques and using MAXQUDA 12 software. Based on the research results, in response to the research questions, the researchers, while analyzing the statements, extracted, categorized and reviewed the propositions related to the subject and its results, which included seven elements: explaining the outcomes, consequential indexing, and collecting environmental data. Analysis of environmental data, conclusions, production of reports and production is the result of evaluating the outcomes, in Imam Khamenei’s thought, along with the pattern of evaluating the outcomes of organizational performance.
