ارائه الگوی دفاع نرم جمهوری اسلامی ایران مبتنی بر گفتمان امام خامنه‌ای (مدظله‌العالی)

گفتمان دفاع نرم ج.ا.ایران به‌واسطه جنگ نرم همه‌جانبه دشمن علیه ج.ا.ایران، در حال تکامل و جهت‌دهی خاصی است؛ دغدغه‌ها و تاکیدات فرماندهی معظم کل قوا (مدظله‌العالی) درخصوص در اولویت بودن جنگ نرم دشمن علیه ج.ا.ایران و چگونگی مقابله با آن، موجب شکل‌گیری این پژوهش در ذهن محققین گردید. در عصر کنونی متناسب با گسترش و فراگیر شدن جنگ نرم دشمن، چنانچه ج.ا.ایران تدابیر و منویات مقام معظم رهبری در مورد جنگ نرم و نحوه مقابله با آن (دفاع نرم) به یک الگوی بومی و عملیاتی تبدیل گردد؛ می‌تواند علاوه بر خنثی نمودن راهبردها و الگوهای همه‌جانبه جنگ نرم دشمن، ج.ا.ایران را از حوزه تهاجمی، پیشدستانه و بازدارنده توانمند سازد؛ لذا مسئله تحقیق این بود که ج.ا.ایران برای مقابله با تهدیدات نرم دشمن و اقدامات تهاجمی علیه دشمن در حوزه نرم، الگوی بومی و جامع دفاع نرم مبتنی بر گفتمان امام خامنه‌ای (مدظله‌العالی) ارائه نکرده است. در این مقاله هدف اصلی تدوین الگوی دفاع نرم ج.ا.ایران مبتنی بر گفتمان امام خامنه‌ای (مدظله‌العالی) تعریف گردیده است که متناسب با آن سوال اصلی، الگوی دفاع نرم ج.ا.ا مبتنی بر گفتمان امام خامنه‌ای (مدظله‌العالی) چگونه الگویی است؟ طراحی گردیده است. پژوهش موردنظر پژوهشی کاربردی، توسعه‌ای و بنیادی است که از روش کیفی بهره گرفته‌شده است؛ این پژوهش با روش داده بنیاد انجام‌شده است و کدگذاری‌ها به‌صورت دستی انجام‌شده است؛ در این تحقیق گفتمان مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله‌العالی) به‌صورت تمام شمار مورد بررسی قرار نگرفته است؛ بلکه محققین مداخل ورود به بحث را با احصاء 436 کلیدواژه‌های مرتبط با دفاع نرم ج.ا.ایران، با کمک نخبگان و صاحب‌نظران قرار داده است؛ در فرآیند انجام تحقیق، محققینین با تهیه پرسشنامه‌های تحت عنوان حساسیت نظری طی پنج مرحله از 25 نفر از صاحب‌نظران و نخبگان این حوزه به‌صورت هدفمند تا اشباع نظری، توزیع نموده است. محققینین برای تعیین رویکرد دستیابی به مدل، از مدل نظریه داده بنیاد برای تحقیقات اسلامی جناب آقای خنیفر و همکاران که مدلی چهار شاخه‌ای است برای تدوین الگو خود بهره گرفته‌اند. مدل به‌دست‌آمده دارای 6 بعد، 45 مولفه و 436 شاخص می‌باشد که بر اساس مدل ذکر شده، ابعاد و مولفه‌ها در چهار مقوله 1- متغیر‌های موثر 2- متغیرهای زمینه‌ساز 3 -متغیرهای بازدارنده 4- نتایج و پیامدها دسته‌بندی شدند. پس از اضافه نمودن رویکردهای دفاع نرم و راهکارهای دفاع نرم مبتنی بر گفتمان امام خامنه‌ای (مدظله‌العالی) به مدل احصاء شده، علاوه بر تدوین الگو، نظریه دفاع نرم ج.ا.ایران مبتنی بر گفتمان امام خامنه‌ای (مدظله‌العالی) ارائه گردید که درنهایت مدل عملیاتی برگرفته از الگویی نهایی استخراج گردید.

Presentation of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Soft Defense Model Based on Imam Khamenei’s Discourse

The soft defense discourse of the Islamic Republic of Iran is evolving and orienting due to the hostile soft war against the Islamic Republic of Iran;  Concerns and assertions by the Supreme Allied Command regarding the priority of the soft enemy war against the Islamic Republic of Iran and how to deal with it have shaped the researcher’s mind.  In the present age, in line with the spread of enemy soft warfare, if the Islamic Republic of Iran’s supreme leader’s tactics and manners of soft warfare and how to deal with them (soft defense) become an indigenous and operational model;  Can empower the Islamic Republic of Iran from an aggressive, preemptive and deterrent field, in addition to neutralizing the allembracing soft war strategies and patterns;  Therefore, the issue of the investigation was that the Islamic Republic of Iran did not provide a comprehensive, indigenous and comprehensive model of soft defense based on Imam Khamenei’s plan to counter the soft enemy threats and offensive measures against the enemy.  The main purpose of this paper is to develop a model of soft defense of the Islamic Republic of Iran based on the discourse of Imam Khamenei which is defined according to the main question.  Designed.  The research is an applied, developmental, and fundamental research that utilizes a qualitative approach;  This study was conducted using the data base method and coding was done manually;  In this study, the discourse of the Supreme Leader has not been fully explored;  Rather, the researcher has contributed to the discussion of the entry with 436 keywords related to the soft defense of the Islamic Republic of Iran, with the help of elites and experts;  In the process of conducting a researcher dissertation, the questionnaires were distributed as Theoretical Sensitivity in five stages from 25 experts in this field to the theoretical saturation.  To determine the model approach, the researcher used the data theory model of the Islamic Research Foundation, Mr. Khanafir et al., A fourbranch model to formulate his model.  The obtained model has 6 dimensions, 45 components and 436 indices. Based on the mentioned model, dimensions and components were categorized into four categories: 1 effective variables 2 contextual variables 3 inhibitory variables 4 results and outcomes.  After adding soft defense approaches and soft defense strategies based on Imam Khamenei’s discourse to the model, in addition to formulating the model, the Islamic Republic of Iran’s soft defense theory based on Imam Khamenei’s discourse was finally presented. The operational model was derived from the final model.
