اندیشه‌ها، آرا، نظرات و رهنمودهای ولایت‌فقیه (حضرت امام خمینی(رحمت ا... علیه) و حضرت امام خامنه‌ای(مدظله‌العالی)) در قالب محورهای راهبردی اداره امور در ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران

سطح راهبردی اداره امور ارتش که از سطوح مدیریتی یکی از دستگاه های نظام ج.ا.ایران است را می توان بر اساس اصول و موازین علمی رایج و پذیرفته‌شده دنیای معاصر، از گفتمان ولایت‌فقیه (حضرت امام خمینی(رحمت ا... علیه) و حضرت امام خامنه ای(مدظله العالی)) احصا و تدوین نمود. بنابراین ازآنجایی‌که نظام ج.ا.ایران، نظامی است که بر اساس موازین دین مبین اسلام و گفتمان ولایت‌فقیه پدید آمده و به حیات خود ادامه داده؛ می توان با احصا و طبقه‌بندی گفتمان ولایت‌فقیه در قالب سطوح مختلف راهبردی مدیریت آن را جهت اداره امور هر یک از دستگاه های اجرایی نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران تدوین و همچنین مبنایی را جهت مطالعه و بررسی اندیشمندان فراهم نمود. در این تحقیق برای دستیابی به نتایج از روش های متنوع تحقیق کیفی مانند تحلیل محتوا، تحلیل گفتمان و نظریه مبنایی استفاده گردیده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر حدود 150 نفر از فرماندهان و مدیران راهبردی هستند که طی 40 سال اخیر در مشاغل راهبردی انتصاب داشته اند.بر اساس یافته های تحقیق، حفظ اصول و ارزش‌های دینی، دفاع از استقلال، امنیت مرزها، حفظ نظام و انقلاب، ارتقای آمادگی و تقویت بنیه دفاعی با تاکید بر خوداتکایی، اهداف اصلی و مردمی بودن، مکتبی بودن و معنویت، نوآوری و خودباوری، شناخت و بصیرت به همراه سبک زندگی اسلامی، اساس دکترین و ارتقای آموزش، اولویت کار، تلاش و استقامت، تحول و هم افزایی، عدالت محوری و مدیریت انقلابی و جهادی به همراه ظلم ستیزی و استکبارستیزی در کنار ارتباط با کشورهای دوست و همسایه اساس سیاست های اداره امور ارتش ج.ا.ایران را تشکیل می دهند و ابعاد شش گانه به همراه مولفه های آن ها که در اجرای سیاست ها و راهبردها برای دست یابی به اهداف مورداستفاده قرار می گیرند در بخش نتیجه گیری به‌طور کامل اشاره‌شده است.

Thoughts, Opinions, and Guidelines of VelayateFaqih (Imam Khomeini may God have mercy on him And Imam Khamenei) in the form of Strategic Axes of Administration in the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran

The strategic level of the administration of the army, which is one of the management levels of one of the organs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, can be complied based on the common and accepted scientific principles and standards of the contemporary world from the discourse of VelayateFaqih (Imam Khomeini) and Hazrat Imam Khamenei ModzalehAlAali. Since the Islamic Republic of Iran is a system that has emerged and continued to exist based on the standards of the religion of Islam and the discourse of VelayateFaqih, it is possible to compile and classify the discourse of VelayateFaqih in the form of different strategic levels of its management to manage the affairs of each of the executive organs of the Islamic Republic of Iran and to provide a basis for the study and study of thinkers. In this research, various qualitative research methods such as content analysis, discourse analysis and basic theory have been used to achieve the results. The statistical population of the present study is about 150 strategic commanders and managers who have been appointed to strategic jobs during the last 40 years.Based on the research findings, preservation of religious principles and values, defense of independence, security of borders, preservation of the system and revolution, promotion of readiness and strengthening of defense with emphasis on selfreliance, main and popular goals, schooling and spirituality, innovation and selfconfidence, Cognition and insight along with the Islamic lifestyle, the basis of doctrine and promotion of education, priority of work, effort and perseverance, transformation and synergy, central justice and revolutionary and jihadi management with antioppression and antiarrogance along with relations with friendly and neighboring countries constitute the policies of the Department of Military Affairs of the Republic of Iran. Moreover, the six dimensions along with their components that are used in the implementation of policies and strategies to achieve the goals are fully mentioned in the conclusion section.
