تبیین ویژگی‌های جنگ ناهمطراز جمهوری اسلامی ایران

رویکرد جدید در جنگ‌های اخیر، تفاوت توانایی کشورها در بعد فناوری و بهره‌گیری از نقاط ضعف و آسیب‌پذیر دشمن، موجب ناهمطراز شدن جنگ‌ها شده است، این ‌رویکرد موجب تغییر در ساختار جنگ‌های آینده شده و ماهیت آن‌ها را تغییر داده است و از طرفی امروزه ادبیات موجود در زمینه‌های راهبردی و دفاعی بر مفهوم جنگ ناهمطراز تاکید بسیاری دارند، این توجه توصیفگر شرایط جدید امنیتی و دفاعی حاکم بر روابط کشورها شده است، عدم فهم مناسب کشورها از ویژگی‌های جنگ ناهمطراز، رسیدن به اهداف سیاسی با ابزارهای نظامی و عملیاتی را میسر نخواهد نمود، فهم مناسب از ویژگی‌های جنگ ناهمطراز برای کشورها در جنگ می‌تواند آن‌ها را به‌عنوان یک بازیگر جدی، نیروهای کشور قوی را مورد تهدید قرار دهد و بازدارندگی و شکست را بر رقیب قوی تحمیل نماید. ازاین‌رو هدف این تحقیق تبیین ویژگی‌های جنگ ناهمطراز ج.ا.ایران می‌باشد. نوع تحقیق، کاربردیتوسعه‌ای است، قلمرو مکانی تحقیق در سطح جمهوری اسلامی ایران بوده و روش تحقیق، توصیفی تحلیلی با رویکرد آمیخته می‌باشد که با استفاده از روش مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای جهت گردآوری اطلاعات و همچنین با برگزاری جلسات خبرگی به بررسی مفاهیم مربوطه پرداخته‌شده است، سپس پرسشنامه‌ای جهت تبیین ویژگی‌های جنگ ناهمطراز تنظیم که روایی سازه و محتوایی پرسشنامه‌ پیش از ارائه به حجم نمونه محاسبه و پرسشنامه به 40 نفر خبره که به روش تمام شمار انتخاب گردیده‌اند ارائه شد، پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها از روش آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه که پرسشنامه‌های دریافتی دارای پایایی مناسب بوده، سپس با به‌کارگیری آزمون فریدمن و جلسات خبرگی تعداد 29 ویژگی‌ جنگ ناهمطراز ج.ا.ایران تبیین گردید که مهم‌ترین آن‌ها جنگ اطلاعاتی، اجرای جنگ الکترونیک در همه ابعاد و دقت و هوشمندی و قدرت بالای تسلیحاتی است.

Explaining the characteristics of the unequal war of the Islamic Republic of Iran

The new approach in recent wars, the difference in the ability of countries in terms of technology and the use of weaknesses and vulnerabilities of the enemy, has led to unbalanced wars, this approach has changed the structure of future wars and changed their nature.  On the other hand, the existing literature in the field of strategy and defense has a lot of emphasis on the concept of unequal war. This attention has described the new security and defense conditions governing the relations between countries. Lack of proper understanding of the characteristics of unequal war will not allow achieving political goals with military and operational means. Proper understanding of the characteristics of unequal war for countries in war can threaten them as a serious player, the forces of a strong country. And impose deterrence and defeat on a strong competitor.Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explain the characteristics of unequal war in the Islamic Republic of Iran.The type of research is applieddevelopmental, the spatial scope of the research is at the level of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the research method is descriptiveanalytical with a mixed approach. Has been,Then, a questionnaire was used to explain the characteristics of unequal warfare in which the construct validity and content of the prepresentation questionnaire were calculated to the sample size and a questionnaire was presented to 40 experts selected by the numerical method.Then, using Friedman test and expert meetings, 29 characteristics of unequal war in the Islamic Republic of Iran were explained, the most important of which are information warfare, electronic warfare in all dimensions, accuracy, intelligence and high weapons power.
