ارائه الگوی راهبردی مدیریت دانش دفاعی در نیروهای مسلح جمهوری اسلامی ایران

فرماندهی معظم کل قوا (مدظله‌العالی) در بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی بر جوشاندن چشمه علم و عبور از مرزهای کنونی دانش تاکید فرمودند. رسیدن به این مهم در حوزه دفاع؛ مستلزم دستیابی به الگویی است که با رویکرد سیستمی، اجزای موثر در مدیریت دانش دفاعی و رابطه بین آن‌ها را تبیین نماید. به همین انگیزه، سوالات مطالعه حاضر به‌‌گونه‌ای تنظیم شد که حصول به اهداف موردنظر ممکن شود. بر اساس مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و بهره‌مندی از نظرات خبرگان؛ مدل مفهومی شکل گرفته‌شده در قالب چارچوب نظری، ترسیم گردید. به استناد اجزای مدل، نسبت به تهیه و تنظیم سوالات پرسشنامه، اقدام و بر اساس روش گلوله برفی، پرسش‌نامه‌ها برای 60 نفر ارسال شد. الگوی نهایی تحقیق با استفاده از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. مقادیر بارهای عاملی متغیرهای انتخابی (6 خرده سیستم، 21 بعد کلان و 57 مولفه ‌اساسی)، حکایت از مطلوب بودن اجزای پیش‌گفته دارد و ضرایب مسیر به‌دست‌آمده، رابطه بین آن‌ها را مورد تائید قرار داده است. در پایان؛ مستند به نتایج تحقیق، پیشنهادهایی برای نیروهای مسلح جمهوری اسلامی ایران ارائه گردید.

Presenting a Strategic Model for defence knowledge anagement of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran

The Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces stressed, in the statement of the second phase of the Revolution, the need to erupt the fountain of science and cross the current frontiers of knowledge. Achievement of this important goal in the field of defense requires a model that explains the components affecting defense knowledge management and their relationship, with a systemic approach. Therefore, the questions of the current research were formulated in a form to make the aims of the research possible. The conceptual model made within the theoretical framework was designed based on library studies and the ideas of the scholars. The questionnaire was produced relying on the components of the model and it was distributed through a snowball process. The final model of the research was evaluated using Structural Equation Modeling. The values of the Factor Loading of the selected variables (6 microsystems, 21 megadimensions and 57 principal components) indicate the desirability of the components and the resulting path coefficients confirm the relationship between them. Finally, some suggestions have been made for IRI Armed Services based on the results of the research.
