عوامل موثر بر بازدارندگی نظامی در حوزه دریا و هوافضا

با توجه به گوناگونی تهدیدها و محیط‎های امنیتی کشورها، هرگز نمی‎توان ایده و رویای برابری توان نظامی و حتی تسلیحاتی کشورها را تحقق‎پذیر دانست. با درک این واقعیت، یکی از عوامل دستیابی به بازدارندگی، داشتن راهبردها و برنامه های تسلیحاتی متناسب تهدیدات دشمن است. بنابراین برای رسیدن راهبردهای بازدارندگی خصوصاً در مولفه قدرت نظامی می بایست عوامل موثر بازدارندگی قدرت نظامی احصاء شود. در مولفه‌ی قدرت نظامی اولویت خاصی در حوزه دریا و هوافضا با توجه به تهدیدات پیش رو در نظر گرفته می شود.  لذا مسئله این تحقیق، چیستی عوامل موثر بر بازدارندگی نظامی در حوزه دریا و هوافضا می باشد. متناسب با مسئله تحقیق هدف تحقیق عبارت شد از: تعیین عوامل موثر بر بازدارندگی نظامی در حوزه دریا و هوافضا و متناظر باهدف تحقیق سوال تحقیق نیز طراحی گردید. روش تحقیق با رویکرد آمیخته روش موردی– زمینه‌ای، نوع تحقیق کاربردی  است. بر اساس ویژگی های جامعه آماری، این جامعه 42 نفر انتخاب گردید. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است که تعدد 26 عامل موثر بازدارندگی نظامی در حوزه دریا و هوافضا شناخته‌شده که سه عامل اول به ترتیب اولویت عبارتند از: توانایی انهدام هدف‎های مهاجم درصحنه نبرد با اولویت‌بخشی سامانه‎های نرم و سخت، بازنگری و به‎روزرسانی نظامات اکتساب فناوری به‌منظور تقویت بنیه دفاعی تسلیحاتی در حوزه دفاع و فضا، دفاع هوشمند در عمق

Factors affecting military deterrence in the field of sea and aerospace

Given the variety of threats and security environments of countries, the idea and dream of equality of military and even weapons capabilities of countries can never be realized.  Realizing this fact, one of the factors to achieve deterrence is to have strategies and weapons programs commensurate with the enemy’s threats. Therefore, in order to achieve deterrence strategies, especially in the component of military power, the effective deterrents of military power must be counted. In the component of military power, a special priority is considered in the field of sea and aerospace according to the forthcoming threats. Therefore, the issue of this research is what are the factors affecting military deterrence in the field of sea and aerospace. In accordance with the research problem, the purpose of the research was: Determining the effective factors on military deterrence in the field of sea and aerospace and corresponding to the purpose of the research, a research question was also designed. Research method with a mixed approach The casecontext method is a type of applied research. Based on the characteristics of the statistical population, this population of 42 people was selected.  The results indicate that the number of 26 effective factors of military deterrence in the field of sea and aerospace are known that the first three factors are in order of priority:  Ability to destroy offensive targets in the battlefield by prioritizing soft and hard systems, reviewing and updating technology acquisition systems to strengthen weapons defense in defense and space, indepth intelligent defense
