واکاوی علائق مشترک و چالش‌های ژئوپلیتیکی موثر بر روابط جمهوری اسلامی ایران و کشورهای جنوب خلیج‌فارس

خلیج‌فارس به عنوان غنی ترین و مهم ترین منطقۀ جهان به لحاظ داشتن ذخایر عظیم هیدروکربنی و نیز اهمیت اقتصادی و مالی و به عنوان یک بازار گسترده و پررونق، از جایگاه و موقعیت ممتازی در جهان برخوردار است. روابط ایران و همسایگان جنوبی خلیج فارس اهمیت خاصی در سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی ایران دارد که طی سالیان متمادی متاثر از ایدئولوژی، قومیت، رقابت های منطقه ای، قطب بندی های جهانی، اقتصادی و غیره بوده است. وجود علائق و دغدغه های ژئوپلیتیکی  باعث به وجود آمدن ارزش مشترک و همگرایی و ایجاد مناسبات حسنه و در مقابل، چالش های ژئوپلیتیکی باعث واگرایی و روابط تنش آلود در سیستم منطقه‌ای گردیده است. هدف این تحقیق، واکاوی علائق مشترک و چالش های ژئوپلیتیکی موثر بر روابط جمهوری اسلامی ایران و کشورهای جنوب خلیج فارس است. این تحقیق از نوع کاربردی است که بهره‌گیری از روش توصیفی تحلیلی سعی دارد به ارائه پاسخ تحقیق که «علائق مشترک و چالش های ژئوپلیتیکی موثر بر روابط میان کشورهای جنوب خلیج‌فارس و جمهوری اسلامی ایران  کدام اند؟» بپردازد. شیوه گردآوری داده ها و اطلاعات موردنیاز کتابخانه ای و اسنادی است و برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش های تجزیه‌وتحلیل آمار توصیفی و استنباطی و نرم‌افزار spss استفاده گردیده است. در پایان نیز با بهره گیری از آزمون فریدمن، تعداد 15 عامل به عنوان علائق و 21 عامل به عنوان مهم ترین چالش های ژئوپلیتیکی موثر بر روابط جمهوری اسلامی ایران و کشورهای جنوب خلیج فارس احصاء گردیدند.

Analysis of Common Interests and Geopolitical Challenges Affecting the Relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the South Persian Gulf Countries

The Persian Gulf, as the richest and most important region in the world in terms of having huge hydrocarbon reserves as well as economic and financial importance, and as a vast and prosperous market, has a privileged position and position in the world. Relations between Iran and the southern neighbors of the Persian Gulf are of particular importance in the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which for many years has been influenced by ideology, ethnicity, regional rivalries, global polarization, economic and so on. The existence of geopolitical interests and concerns has led to the emergence of common values and convergence and the establishment of good relations, and in contrast, geopolitical challenges have led to divergence and stressful relations in the regional system. The purpose of this study is to investigate the common interests and geopolitical challenges affecting the relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the countries south of the Persian Gulf. This research is of an applied type that using descriptiveanalytical method tries to provide the research answer that What are the common interests and geopolitical challenges affecting the relations between the countries of the southern Persian Gulf and the Islamic Republic of Iran? To pay. The method of data collection and information required is libraries and documents, and for data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics analysis methods and SPSS software have been used. In the end, using Friedman test, 15 factors as interests and 21 factors as the most important geopolitical challenges affecting the relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the countries south of the Persian Gulf were counted.
