قدرت منطقه‌ای ایران و تاثیرآن بر همسو شدن سیاست خارجی روسیه

جمهوری اسلامی ایران با حفظ اصول و مبانی انقلاب اسلامی و استقلال کشور خواهان همزیستی مسالمت‌آمیز با کشورهای دنیا به‌ویژه کشورهای همسایه در همه‌ی زمینه‌ها می‌باشد که با توجه به تحولات غرب آسیا و حضور آمریکا در منطقه، روسیه از جایگاه خاصی برخوردار بوده و همواره توسعه رابطه با این کشور در اولویت سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی ایران قرار داشته است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش تبیین تاثیر قدرت منطقه‌ای ایران بر همسویی سیاست خارجی روسیه می‌باشد.  این تحقیق از نوع کاربردی است که به روش توصیفی، تحلیلی و پیمایشی انجام شده است. در بخش کتابخانه‌ای با استفاده از ابزار فیش تحقیق به جمع‌آوری مطالب و اسناد پرداخته شد. در بخش پیمایشی تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های حاصل از مصاحبه‌ها، از طریق روش کیفی داده بنیاد و از فن مصاحبه عمیق صورت پذیرفته است. به لحاظ زمانی و موضوعی روابط بیست‌ساله جمهوری اسلامی ایران و روسیه و آخرین دکترین‌های امنیت ملی، سیاست خارجی و دکترین نظامی آن کشور مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است و از نظر مکانی نیز دو کشور جمهوری اسلامی ایران و روسیه را شامل می‌شود. یافته‌ها و نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد؛ با توجه به منفعت‌گرا و عمل‌گرا بودن سیاست روس‌ها و تبعیت از مکتب رئالیسم و نئورئالیسم، روس‌ها در شرایطی به جمهوری اسلامی ایران نزدیک خواهند شد که ضمن استقلال و عدم وابستگی به غرب بتواند به‌عنوان مکمل ژئوپلیتیکی و ژئواستراتژی روسیه به عنوان قدرت منطقه‌ای ایفای نقش نماید؛ چرا که آن‌ها معتقد هستند منافع ملت روسیه در وجود یک ایران قوی و موثر در عرصه بین‌المللی نهفته است که می‌تواند برای روسیه نقش متحدی را بازی کند که با کمک او می‌توان از غلتیدن جهان به هرج و مرج جلوگیری کرده و نظم جدید عادلانه جهانی را برقرار سازد؛ اما در عین حال آن‌ها ایران قدرتمند تمدنی را بر ایران قدرتمند ایدئولوژیک ترجیح می‌دهند.

Iran’s regional power and its impact on Russia’s foreign policy conformity and allighment

Islamic Republic of Iran Preserving the principles and foundations of the Islamic Revolution and the country’s independence, wants peaceful coexistence with the world, especially neighboring countries in all fields, Russia has a special position with this Iran due to the developments in West Asia and the US presence in the region, Relationship development with Russia has been a priority in the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of Iran’s regional power on the conformity of Russia’s foreign policy. This research is an applied research that has been done by descriptive, analytical and survey methods. In the library section, materials and documents were collected using the research worksheet tool. In the survey section, the analysis of the data obtained from the interviews has been done through the qualitative method of the foundation data and the indepth interview technique. Temporally and thematically, the 20year relationship between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Russia and the latest doctrines of national security, foreign policy and military doctrine of that country have been studied, in terms of location, it includes the two countries of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Russia. Research findings and results show; Russian policy is utilitarianism and pragmatism of and follow the school of realism and neorealism, due to that, Russians will approach the Islamic Republic of Iran in a situation when Iran is independent to the West and Iran roles as a complement to Russia’s geopolitics and geostrategic as a regional power. Because they believe that the interests of the Russian people depend on the existence of a strong and effective Iran in the international arena that can play a united role for Russia, which with the help of Iran, they can prevent the world from falling into chaos and establish a new just world order. But at the same time, they prefer a strong Iran of civilization to a strong ideological Iran
