پیشران‌های توانمند ساز در اقتدار هوایی جمهوری اسلامی ایران

حفظ اقتدار نیروهای مسلح از چنان اهمیتی برخوردار است که ماده 6 اصول و ویژگی‏های اساسی نیروهای مسلح تاکید می کند که نیروهای مسلح در همه جنبه های دفاعی و از آن جمله قدرت هوایی، می بایست از چنان آمادگی‏، تحرک و اقتداری برخوردار باشند که بتوانند با بهره‌گیری از تمامی امکانات جمهوری اسلامی‏، جرات تعرض را از دشمنان آشکار و نهان سلب نمایند؛ بنابراین تحقیق حاضر با توجه به چالش تهدیدات و تحریم های نظامی علیه جمهوری اسلامی ایران و کلیدی بودن قدرت هوایی برای حفاظت از تعرض به مرزها، باهدف تبیین پیشران های توانمند ساز در اقتدار هوایی جمهوری اسلامی ایران انجام یافت. در این تحقیق از رویکرد تحقیقات آمیخته (کیفی کمی) استفاده گردید که ابتدا به تبیین اجزاء و با ایجاد منابع به جمع آوری اطلاعات پژوهش پرداخته‌شده است؛ و در ادامه روش‌شناسی پژوهش بر مبنای پارادایم موردبحث، ارزیابی و تبیین گردید که ابعاد و ویژگی اسناد در نقش متغیرهای جمعیت شناختی از کدگذاری باز مورد طبقه بندی و تفسیر و سپس فرآیند تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده های کیفی در قالب مکتب استراوس و کوربین، بر اساس کدگذاری محوری و گزینشی تحلیل و نتایج پژوهش بخش کیفی در شکل ارائه الگو منعکس شدند. درنهایت نرم‌افزار آماری smart pls برای مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری بکار گرفته شد و یافته های پژوهش نشان داد، سرمایه انسانی با ضریب مسیر 774/ 0، تجهیزات و تسلیحات با ضریب مسیر 0.636 و عوامل ملی نیز با ضریب مسیر 793/ 0 و عناصر سازمانی با ضریب مسیر 0.799 توانستند اقتدار هوایی جمهوری اسلامی ایران را تبیین نماید.

According to the size of the statistical population of 55 people, the sample size is consistent with the total population. The results indicate that the four military, political, economic, cultural and social forces are the most important in defense security diplomacy of the two countries.Also, in the above mentioned areas, the military propulsion with 20 components (transfer of military technology with 98.2% and military affiliation with 96.4%); political propulsion with six components (Combat American hegemony and the unipolar system with 98.2% And participation in regional arrangements such as Shanghai (92.7%); economic progress with seven components (economic security with 96.4%; new road silk rehabilitation with 94.5%); and sociocultural propulsion with six components (fighting against Drug trafficking and human trafficking (81.8%) have the most impact and capacity in defense diplomacy.
