الگوی سازمان‌های نظامی آینده با رویکرد دانش‌بنیان

حرکت به سمت سازمان‌های دانش‌بنیان برای سازمان‌های نظامی ضرورتی است که با توجه به پیچیدگی‌های محیطی عصر جدید می‌بایست بیش‌ازپیش موردتوجه فرماندهان، مدیران و پژوهشگران حوزه نظامی قرار گیرد. ازاین‌رو این تحقیق باهدف طراحی الگوی سازمان‌های نظامی آینده با رویکرد دانش‌بنیان انجام‌شده است. تحقیق حاضر از جهت هدف کاربردی توسعه‌ای است که در ابتدا با مطالعات اکتشافی و مرور مبانی نظری و پیشینه تحقیق ابعاد، مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌های سازمان‌های نظامی دانش‌بنیان استخراج و سپس این الگو بر اساس نظرات و دیدگاه‌های فرماندهان عالی­رتبه و خبرگان دانشگاهی ستاد فرماندهی یکی از یگان‌های عمده نظامی موردبررسی قرار گرفت. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزارspss  و smart pls صورت پذیرفته است. الگوی نهایی شامل 4 بعد اصلی ابعاد ساختاری، محتوایی، مدیریت دانش و سرمایه محور و 12 مولفه و 52 شاخص می‌باشد.

The pattern of defensive organizations the future military with the approach of scholars

Moving towards knowledge organizations for military and defense organizations is a necessity that, given the complexity of the environment of the modern age, should be more of a concern for commanders, managers and researchers in the field of defense and security. Therefore, this research has been conducted with the aim of designing the pattern of future defensemilitary organizations with a scientist approach. The present research is for the purpose of developmental development. At first, exploration and review of theoretical foundations and research background, the dimensions, components and indicators of military defense organizations of the students were extracted, and then this model was based on the views and views of the high commanders and the experts of the university headquarters of one of the units The major military was investigated. Data analysis is performed using spss and smart pls software. The final model consists of four main dimensions of structural, content, knowledge management and capitalbased dimensions, and 12 components and 52 indicators.
