طراحی الگوی راهبردی دفاع غیرعامل شهری جهت صیانت از مردم در برابر تهدیدات اجتماعی(موردمطالعه شهر تهران)

صیانت از سرمایه‌های انسانی در مدیریت شهری باعث حفظ دارایی‌های مادی یا معنوی انسانی می‌شود و مقاومت و پایداری مردمی در برابر تهدیدات باعث ارتقاء توان ایستادگی، دوام و استحکام مردمی در برابر مخاطرات بوده و استقلال هر جامعه در باور توانمندی‌ها و شناخت توانایی‌ها و درنهایت با تکیه کردن و اتکاء به خود بوده و دغدغه و مسئله اصلی این تحقیق فقدان یک الگوی مدون علمی بومی می باشد.سوال اصلی تحقیق:الگوی راهبردی دفاع غیرعامل شهری جهت صیانت از مردم در برابر تهدیدات اجتماعی(موردمطالعه شهر تهران) چگونه است؟ می باشد.نوع این تحقیق کاربردی – توسعه ای است. روش انجام این تحقیق از رویکرد آمیخته شامل دو رویکرد کیفی مبتنی بر روش دلفی بعلاوه مطالعه اسنادی و کتابخانه ای و رویکرد کمی با تمرکز بر روش توصیفی پیمایشی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری را صاحب‏نظران، خبرگان و اعضای هیئت‌علمی کشوری و لشگری تشکیل دادند. حجم جامعه آماری 59  نفر انتخاب‌شده است.الگوی نهایی تحقیق با استفاده از بُعد «دفاع اجتماعی» در شهر تهران با 3 مولفه و 9 شاخص تهیه شد.

Designing a nonurban civil defense strategy for protecting people from social threats (Case Study of Tehran).

Safeguarding human capital in urban management preserves the material or spiritual assets of mankind, and the resistance and endurance of the people against the threats will enhance the ability to stand, durability and solidarity against the perils, and the independence of each society in the belief in capabilities and the ability to recognize, and ultimately Relying on and selfreliance, and the main concern of this research is the lack of a native scientific codecision.The main research question is: What is the strategic model of urban inertial defense to protect people from social threats (studied in Tehran)?The type of this research is applied developmental. The method of this research is a mixed approach consisting of two qualitative approaches based on the Delphi method, as well as documentary and library studies, and a quantitative approach with a focus on descriptive survey method. The statistical community consisted of scholars, experts and faculty members from both the country and the military. The population of the population is 59 people.The final pattern of the research was based on the dimension of social defense in Tehran with 3 components and 9 indicators.
