ارائه الگوی نهادسازی در انقلاب اسلامی بر اساس گفتمان امام و رهبری

انقلاب اسلامی یک الگوی حکومتی،مستقل و عزّتمند را به جهان ارائه کرده است.این الگو در تمام حوزه‌ها ازجمله نهادسازی انقلابی می تواند سرمشق مناسبی برای سایر کشورهای انقلابی باشد.این تحقیق که از نوع توسعه‌ای و کاربردی است باهدف ارائه  الگوی نهادسازی در انقلاب اسلامی بر اساس گفتمان امام و رهبری  انجام و از روش‌ تحلیل گفتمان در تحلیل فرمایش های امام و رهبری استفاده‌شده است.ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها در بخش اسنادی فیش‌برداری و در بخش میدانی پرسشنامه محقق ساخته، بوده است. جامعه آماری آن تعداد 30 نفر از خبرگان که به‌صورت  هدفمند انتخاب شدند. جهت استخراج داده‌ها از روش نظریه مبنایی، تحلیل محتوا کیفی و جهت اعتبارسنجی از نظر خبرگان استفاده‌شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که نهادسازی انقلابی بر اساس گفتمان ولایت‌فقیه (درسِ محورهای دکترین،اهداف،سیاست ها) دارای 38 مولفه و 117 زیر مولفه بوده که پس از ارائه به جامعه خبرگی جهت تایید مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌ها، کلیه مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌های احصا شده با تغییرات جزئی مورد تایید قرار گرفتند.همچنین نتایج نشان می‌دهد حضرت امام خمینی(رحمت‌الله علیه) و بعد از ایشان حضرت امام خامنه ای(مدظله‌العالی) نهادسازی در انقلاب اسلامی را به‌خوبی انجام داده و توانسته اند با تاسیس نهادهای انقلابی ضمن رفع تهدیدات علیه انقلاب،اهداف و آرمان‌های انقلاب را نیز به‌خوبی دنبال نمایند و انقلاب اسلامی را به‌عنوان یک الگوی حکومتی سالم بشری،مستقل و عزّتمند به جهان ارائه فرمایند.

Presentation of the model of institutionalization in the Islamic Revolution based on the discourse of the Imam and the leader

The Islamic Revolution has presented an independent and sovereign governmental model to the world. This model can be a good pattern for other revolutionary countries in all areas, including revolutionary institutionalization. This research which has a developed and applied nature, aims to provide a model for institutionalization in the Islamic Revolution based on Imam and the leader’s discourse; discourse analysis has been used to analyze Imam and the leader’s speeches. The data gathering tool was a taking notes in the documentary sector, and a researchermade questionnaire in the field sector. The statistical population consisted of 30 experts who were selected purposefully. For data extraction, the Grounded theory, qualitative content analysis, and for validation, experts’ opinion has been used. study results indicate that revolutionary institutionalization based on the discourse of Velayate faqih (in three axes of doctrine, goals and policies) has 38 components and 117 subcomponents. After presenting to the expert community for confirmation of the components and indicators, all of them were approved with partial modifications. The results also indicate that Imam Khomeini and after him Imam Khamenei have done well in institutionalizing in the Islamic Revolution and have been able to pursue the goals and ideals of the revolution by establishing revolutionary institutions while removing the threats against the revolution; They could present the Islamic Revolution as a healthy, independent and sovereign governmental model to the world.
