تاثیرآموزش‌های چندرسانه‌ای در کاهش آسیب‌پذیری توان مدیریتی صنعت هوانوردی (مطالعه موردی سوانح و رویدادهای هوایی کشور)

فنون آموزش‌های چندرسانه‌ای برای ایجاد ساختار موثر تصاویر، متن‌ها، گراف‌ها و سایر منابع آموزشی به کار می‌روند تا فراگیران را به درک ساده‌تر محتوای آن‌ها به شیوه دیداری در منابع اطلاعاتی موجود در کتاب‌های آموزشی کمک کنند تا بتوانند از ابزارهای موثر در کاربردهای آموزشی بهره گیرند. از عوامل موثر در ارتقا توان مدیریتی صنعت هوانوردی، استفاده از ابزارهای موثر بر کاهش سوانح و رویدادهای هوایی و افزایش ضریب ایمنی آن‌ها (با توجه به اهمیت موضوع) است. براین اساس، مقاله حاضر باهدف «تبیین عواملی از آموزش‌های چندرسانه‌ای که در کاهش آسیب‌پذیری توان مدیریتی صنعت هوانوردی تاثیرگذارند» انجام و با مطالعه مبانی نظری در این حوزه به چگونگی بهره‌گیری آموزش‌های پروازی از آموزش‌های چندرسانه‌ای و یادگیری تلفیقی و بهره‌برداری از این شیوه برای کاهش سوانح هوایی پرداخته است. این تحقیق کاربردی با روش موردی– زمینه‌ای انجام‌شده و جامعه‌ی آماری تحقیق شامل تعداد 36 نفر از اساتید و اعضاء هیئت‌علمی دانشکده پرواز دانشگاه هوایی شهید ستاری و کارشناسان بررسی سوانح هوایی می‌باشند. روش گردآوری داده‌ها کتابخانه ای و میدانی و بافیش برداری و پرسشنامه بوده و اطلاعات با استفاده از آمارهای توصیفی تحلیل‌شده‌اند. نتایج حاصله از این تحقیق حاکی از رابطه معناداری بین آموزش‌های چندرسانه‌ای و کاهش سوانح هوایی و درنهایت افزایش توان مدیریتی صنعت هوانوردی دارد.

The Impact of Multimedia Training on Reducing ulnerability in Aviation Management Capacity (Case Study of Air Disasters and Events)

Multimedia education techniques are used to create effective structures for images, texts, graphs and other educational resources to help learners to better understand their content visually in the information resources available in educational books so that they can use effective tools in educational applications. The effective factors in improving the management capacity of the aviation industry are the use of tools to reduce the number of accidents and air events and increase their safety factor (given the importance of the subject). Based on this, the present paper aims to explain the factors of multimedia education that impact on reducing the vulnerability of aeronautical management. By studying the theoretical foundations in this field, how to use flight training from multimedia training and compilation learning and exploiting this approach to reducing disasters Air has been dealt with. This applied research was done by caseland survey method and the statistical population of the study consisted of 36 faculty members and faculty members at Shahid Sattari Airfield Faculty and air accident investigators. The data gathering method was library and field studies, and the data were analyzed using a descriptive statistics. The results of this research indicate that there is a significant relationship between multimedia training and reducing air accidents and ultimately increasing the management capability of the aeronautical industry.
