ویژگی‌های عناصر طب رزمی (زنجیره امداد، زنجیره انتقال مجروحان، زنجیره درمان) با توجه به مطالبات محیط نبرد آینده

ماموریت طب رزمی، پشتیبانی‌های بهداشتی و درمانی از نظامیان در مسائل، خطرات، صدمات و بیماری‌هایی است که به دلیل شرایط خاص شغلی بروز می‌یابد. خدمات طب رزمی منجر به حفظ سلامتی نظامیان می‌شود و بر توان نظامی آنان می‌افزاید. هدف اصلی پژوهش تبیین ویژگی‌های طب رزمی با توجه به مطالبات محیط نبرد آینده است. محققان درصدد پاسخ‌گویی به این سوال هستند که با توجه به مطالبات نبرد آینده،‌ طب رزمی دارای چه ویژگی‌هایی خواهد بود. با توجه به ‌ماهیت موضوع، این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و روش اجرای آن توصیفی با رویکرد کمی و کیفی (آمیخته) می‌‌باشد. جمع‌آوری اطلاعات این تحقیق به دو روش میدانی و کتابخانه‌ای و با استفاده از اسناد و مدارک، مصاحبه و پرسشنامه خودساخته محقق صورت گرفته است. جامعه آماری پژوهش برابر با 600 نفر که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران حجم جامعه نمونه تعداد 120 نفر محاسبه گردید. یافته‌ها در سطح خطای پنج درصد بین طب رزمی با مطالبات نبرد آینده رابطه مستقیم و معنیداری را نشان می‌دهد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که عملیات درمان در نبردهای آینده، نیاز به توسعه و دگرگونی تجهیزاتی و مجهز نمودن یگان‌های درمانی به اسباب مدرن و سبک و قابل‌حمل توسط رزمنده و مناسب برای درمان آسیب سلاح‌های لیزری، فسفری، اورانیوم ضعیف شده و تاکید بر تله‌مدیسین و انجام حداکثر اقدامات درمانی درصحنه نبرد دارد. ضرورت دارد انجام کلیه خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی شامل پیشگیری، امداد و نجات، درمان و بازتوانی مصدومین در رزم با رعایت حداکثر استتار، اختفاء و پوشش و تا حد امکان نزدیک به صحنه نبرد صورت گیرد.

A study of Military Medicine Elements (Relief Chain, Transfer Chain, Treatment Chain) with Respect tothe Requirements of Future Combat Environment.

The mission of combat medicine is to provide health and medical support for the military personnel in case of dangers, injuries and diseases caused by their tasks. The combat medicine sevices contribute to preserving the forces’ health and increasing their combat power. The main aim of this research is to identify the characteristics of military medicine with respect to the the requirements of future combat environment. It seeks to answer the question: “What will combat power be like to respond to the requirements of future combat environment?”. Regarding its subject, it is an applied research conducted in a descriptive method with a mixed (quantitative and qualitative) approach. The data collection was done with a field and library method using the existing documents, interviews with experts and questionnairs. The statistical population of the research, obtained from applying a classification coefficient, contains 600 people from which the sample population was summed up to 120 using the Cochran formula. The findings, with a 5% rate of error, indicate that there is a direct and significant relation between military medicine and the requierments of future combat. The results of the research showed that treatment acts require that we equip the medical units with modern systems portable by the soldiers and suitable for the treatment of injuries resulted from laser, phosphorus and depleted uranium weapons as well as emphasis on telemedicine and maximum medical actions in the battle field. It is essential to offer all types health services including prevention, relief, treatment and rehabilitation in compliance with concealment, camouflage and cover and as close to the battle scene as possible
