الگوی عدالت اقتصادی در چارچوب اقتصاد مقاومتی جمهوری اسلامی ایران

عدالت و جنبه های مختلف آن به‌خصوص از منظر اقتصادی در دین اسلام بسیار موردتوجه قرارگرفته است. در نظام مقدس جمهوری اسلامی ایران نیز از همان ابتدا عدالت و ایجاد عدل و قسط از اهداف مهم انقلاب برشمرده شده و همواره توجه به عدالت در کنار سایر امور مورد تاکید بوده است. در سال های اخیر دشمنان انقلاب با توجه به آسیب هایی که در زمینه عدالت به‌رغم تلاش مستمر دست‌اندرکاران وجود دارد، چالش های اقتصادی برای کشور در این زمینه ایجاد کرده اند که به علت اهمیت موضوع، چالش ها در حال تبدیل‌شدن به آسیب های امنیت ملی هستند. در این رابطه فقدان یک الگوی مدون که بتواند با استفاده از ظرفیت های عدالت اقتصادی بر چالش های این مقوله غلبه کرده و به تحقق اهداف تعیین‌شده منجر شود، عامل پدید آمدن این مخاطرات بوده است. در این پژوهش با بهره گیری از روش آمیخته با به‌کارگیری روش های کیفی، موردی – زمینه ای نظریه داده بنیاد و انجام مصاحبه با خبرگان، مجموعه ای از آسیب ها، چالش ها، ظرفیت ها و مولفه های عدالت اقتصادی جمهوری اسلامی ایران تهیه و درنهایت الگویی برای عدالت اقتصادی کشور ارائه‌شده است.

The model of economic justice within the framework of the resistance economy of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Justice and its various aspects, especially in case of economic, have been very much considered in the Islamic religion. In the holy system of the Islamic Republic of Iran from the outset, justice have been included in the important goals of the revolution and the justice has always been emphasized among other affairs. In spite of the constant efforts of the authorities in recent years, the adversaries of the revolution have created economic challenges for the country in the field of justice. Due to the importance of this issue, the challenges are becoming a threat to national security. In this regard, the absence of a codified model that could overcome the challenges of this category, by utilizing economic justice capacities and lead to the achievement of the goals set, has led to the emergence of these hazards. In this research, by using a combination method with the application of qualitative methods, casebase and database theory and conducting interviews with experts, a set of damages, challenges, capacities and components of the justice system of the Islamic Republic of Iran were extracted, and finally, a model for the country’s economic justice has been presented.
