نقش تفکر راهبردی در ارتقاء توان رزمی سازمان‌های نظامی با تاکید بر (عوامل نامحسوس توان رزمی)

تفکر راهبردی‌ صرفاً واژه‌ای‌ جایگزین‌ برای‌ آنچه‌ زیر چتر مدیریت راهبردی‌ قرار می‌گیرد نیست‌، بلکه‌ روش‌ ویژه‌ای‌ از تفکر با ویژگی‌های‌ معین‌ و قابل‌ تمیز است‌، تفکر راهبردی‌ ترکیبی‌ از فرایندهای‌ به‌کارگیری‌ بصیرت‌ و نوآوری‌ است‌ که‌ حاصل‌ آن عبارت‌ خواهد بود از چشم‌انداز یکپارچه‌ سازمان. این تحقیق به بررسی نقش تفکر راهبردی در ارتقاء توان رزمی با تاکید بر عوامل نامحسوس توان رزمی که شامل عوامل فردی و سازمانی است می‌پردازد. هدف اصلی تحقیق، بررسی نقش تفکر راهبردی در ارتقاء توان رزمی سازمان‌های نظامی می‌باشد. بدین منظور بر اساس ادبیات تهیه‌شده برای تفکر راهبردی یک مدل، استنتاج و سپس با استفاده از روش تحقیق که از نوع پیمایشی، توصیفی و تحلیلی است در معرض آزمون قرار می‌گیرد. جامعه آماری تحقیق را دانشجویان ورودی سال تحصیلی 93-92 دانشگاه عالی دفاع ملی به تعداد 90 نفر تشکیل می‌دهند. نتایج حاصله از این تحقیق ارتباط نزدیکی بین تفکر راهبردی و توان رزمی وجود دارد ازجمله اینکه تفکر مفهومی، تفکر سیستمی و آینده‌نگری که از عناصر تفکر راهبردی هستند همگی با اندازه‌های مختلف بر روی عناصر فردی و سازمانی توان رزم موثر بوده و باکم و زیادشدن آن‌ها، توان رزمی به همان میزان تحت تاثیر قرار می‌گیرند چراکه تفکر راهبردی مسیر آینده را با همۀ اجزاء آن موردتوجه قرار داده و از میان راه‌های مختلف گزینه برتر را انتخاب می‌نماید.

The Role of Strategic Thinking in Promoting Martial Power of Military Organizations With mphasis (Subtle forces of combat power)

Strategic thinking is not just an alternative to what’s under strategic management umbrella، But rather a special method of thinking with certain characteristics and recognizable. )Mintzberg, 2009: 65) Strategic thinking is a combination of processes of insight and innovation The result is the integrated vision of the organization. The main objective of the research is to investigate the role of strategic thinking in promoting the combat capability of military organizations with an emphasis on the intangible factors of combat power (individual and organizational). Based on theoretical foundations, the conceptual model of the research is drawn up. The questions of the questionnaire were designed according to the factors and indicators of the conceptual model and after analyzing the sample population using the combination research method (pepticism and descriptiveanalytical), it was analyzed. The statistical population is 110 people and the results of the research are applied. The results of this study indicate that there is a close relationship between strategic thinking and combat power. Conceptual thinking, system thinking, and futurism, which are elements of strategic thinking And vary in size on individual and organizational elements of combat power And as their strength increases, combat power is equally affected, Because strategic thinking focuses on the future direction with all its components and chooses the best option through different ways.
