تدوین دکترین نمایندگی ولی‌فقیه و عقیدتی سیاسی نیروهای مسلح بر اساس گفتمان امامین انقلاب و قانون اساسی

با نگرش به اینکه نمایندگی ولی‌فقیه در سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی و عقیدتی سیاسی های نیروهای مسلح ازنظر سلسه‌مراتب و خط‌مشی تابع مقام معظم رهبری هستند و قدمت این نهادهای فرهنگی به ابتدای سال 1358 تاکنون می رسد، در این چهار دهه حضرت امام خمینی(ره)و حضرت امام خامنه‌ای بارها تدابیر، ابلاغیه ها، رهنمودهای مستقیم و غیرمستقیم جهت هدایت این سازمان‌ها را ابلاغ نموده اند، لیکن به نظر می رسد تاکنون دکترین این نهادهای فرهنگی مبتنی بر گفتمان امام و رهبری در قالب یک پژوهش ارائه نگردیده است.نوع این تحقیق توسعه ای کاربردی و به روش آمیخته انجام پذیرفته‌شده است.همچنین از تکنیک تحلیل محتوای کمی و نظریه پردازی داده بنیاد برای تحلیل کمی و کیفی استفاده گردیده است. در این تحقیق ضمن استفاده از منابع معتبر در حوزه های مذکور، آن‌ها را با استفاده از نرم‌افزار مکس کیودی ای کدگذاری کرده و نهایتاً با یک پرسشنامه از یک جامعه آماری خبره 30 نفره نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از تحلیل محتوا با استفاده از نرم‌افزار موردسنجش قرار گرفته و با یک تحلیل آماری کمی و کیفی نتایج آن احصاء گردیده است.یافته های تحقیق که مبتنی بر روش کتابخانه ای و میدانی است نشان می دهد که آمادگی و اقتدار نیروهای مسلح ، آموزه‌های اسلامی و جهاد برای گسترش حاکمیت قانون خدا مهم‌ترین قسمت شکل‌دهنده دکترین سازمان های مذکور می باشد که لازم است تمام برنامه ریزی ها و سازمان‌دهی‌ها حول محور این دکترین قرار گیرد.

The edition of delegate of the supreme leader and politicalideological of the armed forces’ doctrine based on Imam and the supreme leader’s speech and constitution

Considering that the leadership of the delegate of supreme leadership in the Revolutionary Guards corps of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the politicalideological establishment of the armed forces are subordinates to the supreme leadership from the rank and the political point of view and that the archaism of these cultural organizations go back to the early 1979 till today, in these four decades Imam Khomeini and the supreme leader have introduced ideologies, proclamations, direct and indirect guidance in order to lead these organizations, however it seems that the doctrine of these cultural establishments have not been presented in the research form of  Imam and the supreme leader’s speeches. In this research, in addition to the usage of valid resources in the mentioned areas and in addition to counting them, it has been coded by using the MAXQDA software and finally by using a survey from a social group of 30 people, the obtained results from analyzing the content by `using the software has been under evaluation and by doing a quantity and quality statistical analysis, its results has been counted.The findings of the research which is based on the library and field method shows that the preparation and the power of the armed forces, Islamic teachings and jihad for expanding the sovereignty of god is the most important part of the mentioned organizations and it is necessary that all of the planning and organizing should be based on the pivot of this doctrine.
