حوزه‌های عملکرد گراد در ساختار تصمیم سازی و تصمیم گیری ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران

پیشرفت روزافزون پردازشگرهای هوشمند و توان محاسباتی در جنگ‌های امروزی و جنگ‌های آینده موجب گردیده تعیین برآوردها و آنالیز موقعیت طرفین و صحنه جنگ‌های امروزی و آینده با ورود فناوری‌های نوین و نوظهور از یک محیط ساده خطی به محیطی پیچیده مرکب و غیرخطی تبدیل شود. از این ‌رو سازمان‌های نظامی برای رسیدن برای درک صحیح از موقعیت، نیاز به سازمان‌های نوین تصمیم‌‌سازی و تصمیم‌گیری تحقیق و توسعه دارند. هدف اصلی این تحقیق تبیین حوزه‌های عملکرد گروه ریاضی امور دفاعی(گراد) در ساختار تصمیم‌سازی و تصمیم‌گیری فرماندهان آجا است. ازاین‌رو  جامعه آماری 45 نفر از کارشناسان و خبرگان اعضای گراد و بخش‌های اطلاعات، عملیات، تحقیق و توسعه آجا می‌باشند. روش تحقیق موردی زمینه‌ای است. داده‌های تحقیق به روش‌های کتابخانه‌های با استفاده از ابزار فیش‌برداری، پرسش‌نامه و فرم مصاحبه جمع‌آوری می‌گردد. تجزیه ‌و تحلیل داده‌ها دراین پژوهش به روش دیمایتل است که شدت نفوذ هرکدام از عوامل را بر گراد محاسبه و بیان و رتبه‌بندی می‌نماید. همچنین برای تبیین حوزه‌های عملکرد گراد از روش آزمون میانگین‌ها استفاده می‌گردد.

Fields of Performance of the Department of Defense Math in the Decision Making and Decision Making Structure Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran

The increasing advances in smart processors and computing power in today's wars and future wars have made it possible to estimate and analyze the position of the parties and the scene of today's and future wars with the advent of new and emerging technologies from a simple linear environment to a complex and nonlinear complex environment. Therefore, military systems need to have modern decisionmaking and decisionmaking systems for research and development in order to arrive at anaccurate understanding of the situation.. The main purpose of this research is to explain the areas of performance of the Department of Defense Math in the decisionmaking structure of the military commanders. Therefore, the statistical community consists of 45 experts and experts of the Grad members and information, operations, research and development departments. The data of the research are collected using library tools, The method of the case study is grounded. The data analysis in this research is based on the Dimithel method, which calculates and expresses the influence of each of the factors on the counts. The method of testing averages is also used to explain the areas of performance of the Department of Maths.
