نظام ژئوپلیتیکی غرب آسیا و نظم مطلوب منطقه‌ای ایران

تاریخ امنیتی منطقه موسوم به غرب آسیا نشان می‌دهد این منطقه جغرافیایی، بیش از سایر حوزه‌های ژئوپلیتیکی در شرایط بی‌ثباتی، ناامنی، بحران و تعارض قرار داشته است.جنگ‌های منطقه‌ای، درگیری‌های مرحله‌ای، اختلاف‌های سرزمینی، بحران‌های پایان‌ناپذیر و تکرار‌شونده را می‌توان در شمار عواملی دانست که ضرورت مطالعه دائمی درباره شاخص‌های امنیت منطقه‌ای را اجتناب‌ناپذیر می‌کند. استمرار این آشوبناکی به همراه پایداری کدهای ژئوپلیتیکی، موجب شده تامنطقه غرب آسیا در شرایط کنونی به یکی از بحرانی‌ترین و ناامن‌ترین مناطق جهان تبدیل گردد. در این میان، پرسش اساسی این است که ایران به‌عنوان یکی از کشورها وبازیگران بسیار تاثیرگذار منطقه، نظم مطلوب خود را در تحقق کدامین شرایط جستجو می‌کند.ازاین‌رو، این پژوهش در پی آن است با بازخوانی الگوهای رایج امنیت منطقه‌ای وتناسب آن با شرایط و ویژگی‌های منطقه، پس از تبیین شاخص‌های و مطلوبیت‌های خود، اولویت‌های اقدام برای استقرار نظم امنیت منطقه را مشخص نماید. روش تحقیق بر پایه گردآوری وتحلیل اسنادی پژوهش‌ها و میزهای تخصصی مرتبط با موضوع بوده و برای اعتبار سنجی یافته‌ها،از تعداد 25 تن از کارشناسان و خبرگان دعوت به همکاری گردید تا نقطه نظرات خود درقالب گویه‌های احصا شده و اولویت آن را مشخص نمایند. این نظرات در دستگاه نرم‌افزارspss مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته ونتایج آن بیانگر آن است که مناسب‌ترین الگوی ایجاد نظم برای ج.ا.ایران بر مبنای«الگوی مشارکتی»، «تمدن و اقتصاد پایه» و با رویکرد «قدرت آفرینی نرم» خواهد بود.

Regional security in West Asia: the Desirable Model for Iran

The history of Middle East reveals theengagement of this region in instability, insecurity, crisis and conflictfurther than other geopolitical spheres. Regional wars, stratified conflicts,territorial disputes, endless and frequent crises are of the factors whichemphasize the study of security indices in this region. The sustainability ofanarchy besides geopolitical codes has caused this region to be one of the mostcrisishit and insecure regions in the world. Accordingly, this paper mainlyposes the conditions in which the Islamic Republic of Iran (IRI) as aneffective regional actor pursues her desirable order as a question. Doing so,it first reviews the current regional security models and contrasts them withthe de facto conditions and characteristics of the region; second, itexplicates the indices and desirable conditions and then defines the prioritiesfor establishment of regional security order in the region. Following, itgathers and analyses the research documents and exploits the viewpoints of 25experts to assess the validity of the results and determine the priorities.Furthermore, it analyses the viewpoints with SPSS; consequently, the outcome ofthe study suggests that the desirable model for the IRI is developed upon »participation«,» civilization and basic economy«and »soft power building«.
