بررسی عوامل فرصت‏زا و تهدید آفرین در رابطه با کشور امارات و نقش هریک در همگرایی یا واگرایی

اینتحقیق به دنبال شناسایی عوامل فرصت‏زا و تهدیدآفرین کشور امارات در همگرایی یاواگرایی (فرصت‏ها و چالش‏ها) با جمهوری اسلامی ایران است و برای شناخت محیطی، این سوال مطرح می‏گردد که موانع و چالش‏های فراروی ایران برای رسیدن به همگرایی منطقه‏ای با کشور امارات چیست؟ و جمهوری اسلامی ایران از چه فرصت‏هایی در کشورامارات، برای تسریع در روند همگرایی و پرهیز از واگرایی منطقه‏ای، می‏تواند بهره ببرد؟ برای پاسخ به این پرسش‏ها ابتدا چارچوب نظری همگرایی و رویکردهای مختلف آن بررسی و هم‌چنین عوامل و چالش‏هایی که موجب واگرایی منطقه‏ای می‏گردند، تبیین ‏شد.این تحقیق به روش توصیفی تحلیلی انجام شد و این عوامل به روش کتابخانه‏ای و تحلیل اسنادی استخراج و با طراحی پرسشنامه، نظر جامعه آماری در خصوص میزان نقش و کارکرداین عوامل در همگرایی یا واگرایی کشور امارات با جمهوری اسلامی ایران، به روش پیمایشی به دست آمد. جمع‏آوری اطلاعات از روش تحقیقات میدانی با استفاده ابزارپرسش‏نامه محقق ساخته و سوالات آن با استفاده از طیف لیکرت تهیه شد. ضریب روایی محتوایی شاخص‏ها از حداقل ضریب محتوایی (0.62)بیشتر شد، و از روایی بسنده برخوردارگردید پایایی از روش دو نیمه کردن با استفاده از آزمون گاتمن، 0.85 به ‏دست آمد. درنهایت عواملی هم چون  «وابستگی کشور امارات به تنگه هرمز»، «شیعیان امارات»، «فرهنگ و دین»، «سپر دفاع موشکی»، «پیمان‏های نظامی امارات»، «نهایی نشدن مرز امارات با ایران»، «همکاری با قدرت‏های جهانی»، «سیاست‏های منطقه‏ای امارات»ازجمله عواملی هستند که در همگرایی یا واگرایی کشور امارات باجمهوری اسلامی ایران نقش مهمی دارند.

Investigating the opportunistic and threatening factors in relation to the UAE and the role of each in convergence or divergence

This research seeks to identify theopportunistic and threatening factors of the UAE in convergence or divergence(opportunities and challenges) with the Islamic Republic of Iran, and tounderstand the environment, the question arises that the obstacles andchallenges facing Iran What is the achievement of regional integration with theUAE?And how can the Islamic Republic of Iran benefitfrom the opportunities in the UAE to accelerate the process of convergence andavoid regional divergence?To answer thesequestions the theoretical framework and the convergence of different approacheswere studied, as well as regional factors and challenges that led to them, wasdetermined.his research was doneby descriptiveanalytical method and these factors were extracted by librarymethod and documentary analysis. By designing a questionnaire, the statisticalsociety regarding the role and function of these factors in the convergence ordivergence of the UAE with the Islamic Republic of Iran through a survey methodObtained.Collecting information from field researchmethod by means of a questionnaire and its questions were prepared using aLikert scale. The content validity coefficients of the indexes increased fromthe minimum content factor (0.62), and had a meaningful validity.The reliability of the twostep method was 0.85using the Gutman test.Finally, there arefactors such as the "dependence of the UAE to the Strait of Hormuz","UAE Shiites", "Culture and Religion", "MissileDefense Shields", "Emirati Military Contracts", "UnfinishedEmirates Boundaries with Iran", "Cooperation" With global powers"," regional policies of the UAE "are among the factors thatplay an important role in the convergence or divergence of the UAE with theIslamic Republic of Iran.
