سیاست چین در قبال ایران و عربستان: تداوم در موازنه و مصون‌سازی استراتژیک

روابط متوازن با ایران و عربستان، به‌عنوان دو شریک جامع استراتژیک، برای توسعه چین از اهمیت فزاینده‌ای برخوردار است. در این پژوهش تلاش شده است تا رویکرد عمل‌گرایانه چین در تعامل متوازن و پایدار با ایران و عربستان از منظر مصون‌سازی استراتژیک مورد بررسی قرارگیرد. این مقاله درصدد پاسخ به این پرسش است که عوامل و محرکه‌های تداوم استراتژی مصون‌سازی چین نسبت به روابط متوازن با ایران و عربستان چه می‌باشد؟ یافته‌های تحقیق حاکی از آن است که جمهوری خلق چین از طریق دیپلماسی مشارکتی، انعطاف استراتژیک و سیاست دوستی با همه، و اجتناب از چالش با امریکا به تضمین منافع استراتژیک خود در روابط با ایران و عربستان پرداخته است. میانجیگری در توافقنامه دیپلماتیک ایران عربستان در آوریل 2023، نیز شاهدی بر تمایل بیجینگ به تداوم رویکرد توازن‌بخش و مصون‌ساز نسبت به دو قدرت منطقه‌ای می‌باشد. روش‌شناسی این پژوهش عبارت است از اینکه روش تحقیق کیفی و مبتنی بر روش توصیفی تحلیلی است و روش گردآوری داده‌ها مبتنی بر منابع کتابخانه‌ای می باشد.

maintaining balanced relations with iran and saudi arabia, two comprehensive strategic partners, holds increasing significance for china’s developmental trajectory. this study delves into china’s pragmatic approach of balancing and stable interactions with both iran and saudi arabia through the lens of strategic hedging. the primary inquiry of this article is to discern the factors and drivers underpinning china’s sustained commitment to its hedging strategy in cultivating equilibrium with these two state. the research findings underscore that the people’s republic of china has effectively safeguarded its strategic interests in its interactions with iran and saudi arabia by employing a blend of cooperative diplomacy, strategic flexibility, an overarching policy of amicable engagement, and a deliberate avoidance of confrontations with the united states. furthermore, china’s mediation efforts in the iran saudi arabia diplomatic agreement in april 2023 serve as tangible evidence of beijing’s steadfast dedication to upholding its approach of equilibrium and strategic hedging vis à vis these two regional powerhouses. methodologically, this research adopts a qualitative approach based on the descriptive analytical method, with data being sourced from an array of library references.
