بررسی رقابت راهبردی آمریکا و چین؛ مطالعه موردی: منطقه غرب آسیا

در دهه اخیر، تناسب میان همکاری و رقابت استراتژیک در تعاملات میان دو کشور چین و آمریکا از بین رفته و کفه رقابت استراتژیک، تبدیل به عنصر نظم بخش و شکل دهنده رابطه میان این دو کشور در کلیه حوزه ها و موضوعات دو و چندجانبه در سرتاسر جهان شده است که مهمترین علت این امر را می توان در عدم موفقیت ایالات متحده در تغییر رویکرد کلان چین از یکسو و تقویت توانمندی‌های آن از سوی دیگر دانست.منطقه غرب آسیا نیز از این موضوع مستثنی نبوده و رقابت استراتژیک میان دو کشور را می توان در این منطقه نیز مشاهده کرد. منطقه ای که اگرچه اولویت ایالات متحده نبود، اما به دلیل گسترش و تنوع حضور چین در این منطقه، مجدد تبدیل به دغدغه آمریکا شده و در ذیل مفهوم رقابت استراتژیک،‌ وزن و اهمیت غرب آسیا برای این کشور مجددا در حال افزایش است. از این رو، سوال اصلی مقاله آن است که مولفه های رقابت راهبردی روابط چین و آمریکا در منطقه غرب آسیا کدامند؟ نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که آمریکا با درک عمق روابط فزاینده چین در منطقه غرب آسیا در حال بازنگری در سیاست‌های خود و افزایش نفش‌آفرینی در این منطقه است. تلاش برای ایجاد ائتلاف‌های سیاسی، امنیتی اقتصادی جدید در منطقه در قالب عادی سازی روابط رژیم صهیونیستی با کشورهای عربی (توافق ابراهیم)، افزایش درهم‌تنیدگی اقتصادی و زیرساختی متحدان (مثل کریدور هند غرب آسیا اروپا)، و گسترش همکاری‌های امنیتی (مثل پیگیری ایجاد سامانه پدافندی هوایی) نمونه‌هایی از رویکرد جدید آمریکا است.

investigating the strategic competition between us and china; case study: the west asia region

in the last decade,balance between cooperation and strategic competition in the interactions between the two countries,china and the united states, has been lost, and strategic competition has become an element that regulates and shapes the relationship between these two countries in all areas and bilateral and multilateral issues.the most important reason for this can be seen in the failure of the united states to change the grand approach of china on the one hand and strengthen its capabilities on the other hand.the west asian region is not exempt from this issue and the strategic competition between the two countries can also be seen in this area.a region that,although it was not a priority of the united states,has again become a concern of the united states due to the expansion and diversification of china’s presence in this region, and under the concept of strategic competition,the weight and importance of west asia for this country is increasing again. therefore,the main question of the article is what are the components of the strategic competition between china and america in the west asian region?results of this research show that america,realizing the depth of china’s increasing relations in the west asian region, is revising its policies and increasing innovation in this region.trying to create new political and economic security alliances in the region in the form of normalizing relations between the zionist regime and the arab countries,increasing economic and infrastructural entanglement of allies and expanding cooperation. security issues are examples of the new american approach
