سرریز تحولات قفقاز جنوبی(2020-2023) بر معادلات غرب آسیا

حضور جمهوری اسلامی ایران، ترکیه و اسرائیل به عنوان سه قدرت اصلی و منطقه ای غرب آسیا در تحولات قفقاز جنوبی به طور مشخص جنگ های قره باغ 2020 و 2023 که منافع هر سه کشور تحت تاثیر آن بوده، این امکان را پیش می کشد که نتایج تحولات قفقاز جنوبی بر معادلات آنها در غرب آسیا تاثیر بگذارد. این امر در حالی تقویت می شود که نقش ایالات متحده آمریکا در غرب آسیا کم رنگ شده و قدرت های منطقه ای غرب آسیا فرصت رقابت بیشتر برای تسلط بر منطقه را داشته اند. از این رو سوال اصلی پژوهش این است که جنگ های قره باغ 2020 و 2023 در قفقاز جنوبی چگونه بر معادلات غرب آسیا تاثیر گذاشته است؟ در جواب این فرضیه مطرح می شود که سرریز تحولات قفقاز جنوبی در قالب همگرایی، ایجاد موازنه تهدید بازیگران و همچنین تشدید رقابت های ایران با ترکیه و اسرائیل در عراق ظهور کرده است. این نوشتار با استفاده از مفاهیم موازنه قدرت، موازنه تهدید و همگرایی و روش تحلیل داده ها به ‌صورت توصیفی-تحلیلی انجام گرفته است. داده های پژوهش ‌با ‌استفاده از منابع ‌‌کتابخانه‌ای‌ گردآوری شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش با تایید فرضیه نشان داد که آذربایجان و اقلیم کردستان روابط همگرایی اتخاذ کرده و موازنه تهدیدی علیه درک تهدید از جانب ایران ایجاد کرده اند که در این راستا ترکیه و اسرائیل نقش کاتالیزور را داشته اند. علاوه بر آن افزایش تهدید از جانب ترکیه، پ.ک.ک و گروه های مقاومت مردمی عراق را به یکدیگر نزدیک کرده و موازنه تهدیدی را علیه احساس تهدید مشترک از جانب ترکیه در مجاورت آنها رقم زده است.

the spillover of developments in the south caucasus (2020-2023) on the equations of west asia

the presence of the three regional powers of west asia, iran, turkiye, and israel, in the developments of the south caucasus (2020-2023), has a direct impact on the interests of all three countries. this suggests the possibility that the results of developments in the south caucasus will affect the equations of these three countries in west asia. this is strengthened while the role of the united states of america in west asia has diminished and has allowed the regional powers of west asia to compete more for dominance in the region. therefore, the main research question is how the 2020 and 2023 karabakh wars in the south caucasus have affected the equations of west asia? in response to this hypothesis, it is proposed that the spillover of developments in the south caucasus has emerged in the form of convergence, creating a balance of threat actors and also intensifying iran’s competition with turkiye and israel in iraq. in this article, the data analysis was descriptive-analytical. the data of this research has been collected using library resources. the findings of the research confirmed the hypothesis that azerbaijan and the kurdistan region have adopted convergence relations and have created a threat balance against the perception of the threat from iran, in which turkiye and israel acted as catalysts. the increase in the threat from turkiye has brought the pkk and iraqi popular groups closer to each other and has set a threat balance against the feeling of a common threat from turkiye
