مولفه های تاثیرگذار بر مشارکت استراتژیک ایران و روسیه در سوریه

هدف این نوشتار بررسی مولفه های مشارکت استراتژیک ایران و روسیه در سوریه می باشد. مشارکت استراتژیک به عنوان جنبه مهمی از تعامل دیپلماتیک برای تحکیم پیوندهای نزدیک با متحدان استراتژیک در نظر گرفته می‌شود.  مشارکت‌های استراتژیک بر اساس روابط دو جانبه در نظام بین الملل شکل می‌گیرد و به بازیگران اجازه می‌دهد تا در رسیدن به اهداف سیاست خارجی از طریق همکاری های استراتژیک، هویت‌ها و هنجارهای مشترکی را بازسازی کنند. همکاری استراتژیک ایران و روسیه در پس تحولات سوریه بیانگر تحول مهم در روابط خارجی دو کشور است. دو کشور با درک تهدید دشمن مشترکی چون آمریکا و تحریم های غرب در پی شکل گیری همکاری استراتژیک و نزدیک کردن مواضع خود به یکدیگر هستند. این پژوهش با استفاده از رویکرد توصیفی-تحلیلی سعی در واکاوی فرصت ها و محدودیت های همکاری استراتژیک ایران و روسیه در پس تحولات سوریه می باشد. نتایج نشان داد این همکاری ها در جنبه های مهمی مانند مقابله با گروه‌های افراطی تروریستی و کاهش نفوذ نهادهای غربی به این منطقه و حفظ تمامیت ارضی سوریه بوده که می تواند تاثیرات زیادی بر مسائل و بحران های منطقه ای و بین المللی داشته باشد.

the factors affecting the strategic partnership between iran and russia in syria

the purpose of this article is to examine the components of the strategic partnership between iran and russia in syria. strategic partnership is considered as an important aspect of diplomatic engagement to strengthen close ties with strategic allies. strategic partnerships are formed based on bilateral relations in the international system and allow actors to rebuild common identities and norms in achieving foreign policy goals through strategic cooperation. the strategic cooperation between iran and russia after the developments in syria represents an important development in the foreign relations of the two countries. the two countries, realizing the threat of a common enemy such as america and western sanctions, are seeking to form strategic cooperation and bring their positions closer to each other. this research, using a descriptive and analytical approach, tries to analyze the opportunities and limitations of the strategic cooperation between iran and russia after the developments in syria. the results showed that these cooperations were in important aspects such as dealing with extremist terrorist groups and reducing the influence of western institutions in this region and maintaining the territorial integrity of syria, which can have a great impact on regional and international issues and crises
