خلیج فارس در راهبرد نوین عربستان: اولویت استراتژیک یا گذار ژئوپلتیکی

مناطقی که واجد اهمیت و ارزش ژئوپلیتیکی و ژئواکونومیکی هستند، تسلط بر آنها می تواند پیکربندی قدرت در جهان را با دگردیسی مواجه سازد و در سلسله مراتب قدرت در جهان تغییراتی بنیادی را حاصل نماید. خلیج فارس یکی از مناطق ژئواستراتژیکی است که واجد چنین پتانسیلی در طول تاریخ بوده است. لذا به لحاظ تاریخی این منطقه همواره در کانون توجهات قدرت های منطقه ای و فرا منطقه ای قرار گرفته است. هدف آن است تا در این پژوهش جایگاه استراتژیک خلیج فارس در سیاست های نوین عربستان سعودی مورد تبیین و تشریح قرار گیرد. به بیانی دیگر، با توجه به اهمیت یافتن دریای سرخ در رویکردهای جدید منطقه ای عربستان آشکارسازی جایگاه خلیج فارس در راهبردهای کلان عربستان به عنوان اولویت استراتژیک هدفی است که در این مقاله دنبال می شود. پرسش برآمده از تاملات مقاله این است که: خلیج فارس در راهبرد های نوین منطقه ای عربستان از چه جایگاهی برخوردار است؟ فرضیه مقاله با تاکید بر ماهیت ایدئولوژیکی حاکم بر ژئوپلیتیک خلیج فارس (مسئله رهبری، رقابت با ایران و محور قطر/ترکیه و همچنین ارزش ژئواکونومیکی این منطقه به عنوان اصلی ترین مسیر ترانزیتی عربستان، خلیج فارس را  اولویت راهبردی عربستان در سیاست های منطقه ای تلقی می کند. مقاله حاضر با استفاده از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و منابع کتابخانه ای صورت پذیرفته است.

the persian gulf in saudi arabia’s new strategy: strategic priority or geopolitical transition

domination on vital geopolitical and geo-economic areas can change the balance of power in the world. the persian gulf is one of the geostrategic regions that had such potential in throughout history and it has always been in the greed of great world powers. the purpose of this study is to explain the strategic position of the persian gulf in the new policies of saudi arabia. in other words, revealing the position of the persian gulf   in saudi arabia’s macro strategies is the goal pursued in this article. so the question is: what is the position of the persian gulf in new regional strategies? the hypothesis is that due to the ideological nature of the geopolitics of the persian gulf, which is linked to the survival of saudi arabia and as well as the geo-economic value of the persian gulf as the main transit route of this country, the persian gulf is still considered to be the central geopolitics and the center of gravity of saudi arabia’s strategic policies. it is not possible transition to the persian gulf. the present research has been conducted with using descriptive-analytical method and library sources
