اگر ابن‌سینا رهبر سازمان شما بود

تردیدی وجود ندارد که امروزه، سازمان ها یکی از مهم ترین نهادهای اجتماعی‌ای هستند که در پیشرفت و توسعۀ جوامع، نقشی عمده ایفا می‌کنند و نقش آفرینی آن ها در برآوردن نیازهای جوامع، مشروط به وجودداشتن مدیران توانمند و اثرگذار است. در گذشته، سازمان ها به‌صورت کنونی وجود نداشتند؛ اما در مجموعه ها و نهادهای اجتماعی قدیم نیز نقش افرادی به‌عنوان کارآفرین یا رهبر در ترسیم نقشۀ راه و برقرارکردن عدالت درمیان افراد جامعه، ضرورتی انکارناپذیر بود. ازمیان فیلسوفان مسلمان، ابن‌سینا در آثار متعدد خود به اهمیت اجتماع و مشارکت همگان برای رسیدن به اهدافی همچون سعادت همۀ افراد جامعه و همچنین ضرورت وجود فردی مدیر و عادل برای رهبری و مدیریت مردم اشاره کرده است. از آنجا که او همواره به‌دنبال تلفیق اندیشه‌های یونانی و اسلامی بوده، بسیاری از تفکراتش دربارۀ مسائلی همچون ضرورت وجود نهادهای اجتماعی، نحوۀ مدیریت جامعه، و ویژگی‌های رهبر و مدیر خردمند با نظریات فیلسوفان غربی مانند افلاطون، هم‌راستاست. در این پژوهش، ازطریق گردآوری داده‌ها با استفاده از روش کتابخانه‌ای، ضمن اشاره به برخی نظریات و اندیشه‌های فیلسوفان غربی دربارۀ ضرورت وجود مدیر و رهبر اخلاق‌مدار و همچنین چگونگی ادارۀ خردمندانۀ سازمان‌ها، با تحلیل و توصیف محتوایی، آرای ابن‌سینا در این زمینه را تبیین و بررسی می‌کنیم. پژوهش حاضر ازنوع میان رشته ای و متعلق به حوزۀ فلسفۀ کاربردی است.

If Avicenna Run Your Organization

Today, there is no doubt that organizations are one of the most important social institutions that play a major role in the development of societies. Organizational roleplaying in meeting the needs of communities is conditional on the existence of capable and effective managers. Although in the past, organizations did not exist like today, but even in the old social complexes and institutions, the role of individual as manager or leaders who could draw the roadmap and establish justice among the people of the society was an undeniable necessity. Among the Islamic philosophers, Avicenna has pointed out in his numerous works to the importance of community and participation of individuals to achieve goals such as the happiness and wellbeing of all members of society, as well as the necessity for just and managerial person to lead and manage of people. Since, he always sought to integrate Greek and Islamic thought, many of his thoughts on topics such as the need for an organizational institution, how to manage the organization, the characteristics of wise leader and manager, and such issues are in line with the theories of Western philosophers such as Plato. In this study, we by collecting data through the library method, we intend to point out some of the theories and ideas of Western philosophers about the need for an ethical manager and leader, as well as how to manage organizations wisely, analyze Avicenna’s views in this regard. This research is an interdisciplinary study in the field of applied philosophy.
