حکمت نهی از پرسش‌های بی‌مورد در قرآن؛ تحلیل اخلاقی، اجتماعی و فقهی آیۀ 101 سورۀ مائده

آیۀ 101 سورۀ مائده با نهی از طرح پرسش‌های غیرضروری و حساسیت‌برانگیز، مومنان را به رعایت حکمت، دقت و مسئولیت در پرسشگری فرامی‌خواند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل جامع ابعاد اخلاقی، اجتماعی و فقهی این نهی الهی به بررسی ریشه‌ها و پیامدهای آن می‌پردازد. پژوهش به روش توصیفی تحلیلی و با بهره‌گیری از منابع معتبر تفسیری، روایی، فقهی و اخلاقی سامان یافته است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که نهی قرآنی یادشده از دیدگاه اخلاقی با کنترل کنجکاوی ناسالم و پرورش فضایلی چون توکل، فروتنی علمی و مسئولیت‌پذیری، از دیدگاه اجتماعی با جلوگیری از تحمیل تکالیف سنگین و پیدایش تفرقه و بی‌اعتمادی و از دیدگاه فقهی با استناد به قاعدۀ نفی عسر و حرج و تدبیر در تشریع احکام، به تامین مصلحت فردی و جمعی مومنان یاری می ‌رساند. درمجموع، حکمت این نهی در هدایت جامعۀ ایمانی به‌سوی تعادل، تعالی، آرامش پایدار و استواری دینی نهفته است.

verse 101 of al-ma’idah surah by forbidding the unnecessary and sensitive questions, calls on believers to observe wisdom, caution, and responsibility in their inquiries. this study aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the ethical, social, and jurisprudential dimensions of this divine prohibition by examining its roots and implications. the research adopts a descriptive-analytical method and uses reputable interpretative, narrational, jurisprudential, and ethical sources. findings indicate that this qur’anic prohibition, from an ethical perspective, entails controlling deleterious curiosity and fostering virtues such as reliance on god, intellectual humility, and responsibility. from a social perspective, it prevents the imposition of heavy burdens and the emergence of divisions and mistrust. from a jurisprudential viewpoint, it is supported by the principle of removing hardship (pleasant, hardship, impediment) and strategic reasoning in legislation to safeguard the individual and collective interests of believers. overall, the wisdom behind this prohibition lies in guiding the faith community towards balance, excellence, lasting tranquility, and doctrinal steadfastness.
