بازخوانی موضوع «ارتداد» از زاویه اجبار بر تغییر عقیده در پرتو آموزه‌های قرآنی و حدیثی

مجازات مرتد که در قرآن به‌طور سربسته و در روایات‌ و فقه اسلامی به تفصیل آمده است، ممکن است شایبه اجبار فرد مسلمان بر حفظ دین و در نهایت تحمیل عقیده با زور را ایجاد کند. این در حالی است که اسلام، دین دعوت و هدایت می‌باشد و قرآن، اکراه در دین را نفی کرده است. این نوشتار می‌کوشد به شیوه توصیفی تحلیلی و روش کتابخانه‌ای، پاسخ این شایبه و رفع این ناسازگاری ظاهری را بیابد. بررسی آیات و روایات مربوط به ارتداد، ما را به این نتیجه می‌رساند که مجازات دنیوی مرتد، فقط مربوط به رفتارها و اقدام عملی اوست و نه تغییر عقیده و باور درونی. دو قید «جحود و تکذیب» و «علنی ساختن» برای تحقق موضوع ارتدادی که مجازات دنیوی را در پی دارد و نیز پرده‌برداری قرآن از توطئه دشمنان برای متزلزل ساختن عقاید مسلمانان با حربه ارتداد، از دلایل و شواهد این مدعاست و نشانگر این حقیقت که حکم سنگین مرتد، به منظور پاسداشت مرزهای اعتقادی مسلمانان و حفظ حقوق معنوی آنان می‌باشد.

Apostasy from Compulsion to Change Belief Point of View in the Light of Qur’an and Traditions Teachings

The punishment of the apostate, briefly described in the Qur’an and in detail in Islamic jurisprudence and traditions, may create a doubt about compelling Muslims to preserve religion and belief. This is while Islam is the religion of invitation and guidance, and the Qur’an has denied constraint in religion. This paper tries to find a response to this problem and to resolve this apparent incompatibility in a descriptiveanalytical method and also in a library method. The study of verses and narratives related to apostasy leads us to the conclusion that the apostolic worldly punishment is merely related to the actions, not the change of inner opinion and belief. The two terms of "denial" and "publicizing" for the realization of the apostasy issue of worldly punishment, as well as the Qur’an reveal about the conspiracy of enemies to undermine Muslim beliefs with apostasy are among the reasons and evidence of this claim. This reflects the fact that the apostasy verdict is intended to protect Muslim religious beliefs and their moral rights.
