تاثیر عملکرد انسان بر رخدادهای طبیعی از دیدگاه قرآن

دربارۀ تاثیر عملکرد انسان‌ها بر رخ دادن حوادث طبیعی، به طور کلی دو دیدگاه وجود دارد؛ گروهی، حوادث طبیعی را ناشی از عملکرد و گناهان انسان‌ها می‌دانند و گروهی دیگر، آن را لازمۀ طبیعت و تقدیر پیشین الهی. هر دو گروه نیز به آیاتی از قرآن استناد می‌کنند. این تحقیق که به شیوۀ توصیفی تحلیلی و روش کتابخانه‌ای سامان یافته است، می‌کوشد با تبیین مجموعۀ آیاتی که می‌تواند مستند این دو دیدگاه باشد، به نقد آرا پرداخته، تحلیل استواری را در این زمینه ارائه دهد. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد حوادث طبیعی، جزء شرور اجتناب‌ناپذیر نظام خلقت به شمار می‌رود و نمی‌توان آنها را لزوماً ناشی از کج‌رفتاری و گناهکاری مردم منطقۀ خسارت‌زده دانست، بلکه جنبۀ ابتلا و آزمایش بودنِ آن‌ها همواره غلبه دارد. البته «تاثیر» عملکرد عمومی انسان‌ها به شکل «مقتضی» بر وقوع یا فراوانی برخی حوادث، و امکان پیشگیری از آسیب‌های بلایای طبیعی، اثباتشدنی است؛ ضمن آنکه ممکن است خسارت‌های آن به لحاظ فردی، برای برخی از افراد جنبۀ عقوبت داشته باشد.

Human Acts Effect on Natural Disasters Occurrence from the Quran Point of View

In general, there are two perspectives on the effect of human acts on the natural disasters occurrence; some people regard natural events as the result of the humans’ actions and sins, and others calls for nature and divine destiny. Both groups refer to Qur’an verses. This article using descriptiveanalytical and library methodology attempts to analyze these opinions by explaining a set of verses that can be referred in these two perspectives and provides reliable analysis. The results of the study show natural disasters are an inevitable evil of the creation system and it can not necessarily be attributed to the degradation and sinfulness of the affected people of that region, but the aspect of their affliction and experimentation is always overcome. However, the "impact" of general human performance in "expedient" way is approvable on the occurrence or frequency of certain events, and the possibility of preventing natural disasters. Also, it is possible that these disasters act as punishment for some people.
