نهادینه‌سازی ارزش‌های اخلاقی در کودکان

برای نهادینه‌سازی ارزش‌های اخلاقی در کودکان، ابتدا مرحله بیرونی سازی؛ یعنی آموزش مسائل اخلاقی به کودکان، سپس عینی سازی؛ یعنی مشاهده رفتار اخلاقی در الگوها، و در نهایت، استمرار آن‌ها در طول عمر لازم است. در این مقاله شیوه‌های نهادینه‌سازی ارزش‌های اخلاقی در سه حیطه شناختی، عاطفی و رفتاری مورد بررسی قرار گرفته، آگاهی بخشی به فضایل و رذایل اخلاقی، موعظه، و تلقین، تلفیق علم و عمل از شیوه‌های شناختی ؛ محبت، توجه به نیازهای کودک، قصه‌گویی، رفق و مدارا از شیوه‌های عاطفی نهادینه‌سازی؛ و ارائه الگوی عملی، بازی، تشویق، تنبیه و ایجاد اشتغالات فکری از شیوه‌های نهادینه‌سازی در حیطه رفتاری است. در ابتدا به عوامل موثر در نهادینه‌سازی ارزش‌ها و موانع آن اشاره شده است.در این تحقیق، روش گردآوری اطلاعات، کتابخانه‌ای و روش تحقیق، توصیفی تحلیلی می‌باشد.

The Institutionalization of Moral Values in Children

To institutionalize the ethical values in children, at first inaccommodation phase i.e. learning ethical issues, and thenobjectivation i.e. the observation of ethical behavior in patterns,and ultimately their continuity in lifetime is necessary. In thispaper, the ways of institutionalizing moral values are examined inthree areas: cognitive, emotional and behavioral. Awareness ofmoral virtues and vices, preaching, inculcation, the integration ofscience and practice from cognitive practices; affection, attention to the child’s needs, storytelling, leniency and tolerance are someemotional institutionalization methods; and the presentation of apractical pattern, play, encouragement, punishment and creatingintellectual inducements are some institutionalization practices inthe field of behavior. Initially, the factors that influence theinstitutionalization of values and its barriers are mentioned.In this research, library materials have been used to collectinformation and research method is descriptiveanalytical method.
