سنجش تطبیق محتوای دروس برنامه‌ریزی شهری با نیازهای جامعه حرفه‌ای مهندسین و مدیران شهری

آموزش بنیادی ترین فرایند برای حفظ آگاهی و تداوم کیفیت و کمیت دانش جامعه است و محتوای آموزشی هر رشته کلید دستیابی به آن است. این فرایند با توجه ‌به روند سریع تغییرات در حوزه‌های دانش شهری و به‌موازات تغییر در شرایط و مسائل شهری و پیچیده شدن آن‌ها، انتظارات از آموزش دوره کارشناسی ارشد برنامه‌ریزی شهری را افزایش داده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی میزان تطبیق‌پذیری محتوای آموزشی دوره کارشناسی ارشد برنامه‌ریزی شهری با محتوای نظام‌نامه خدمات مهندسین شهرساز در قالب نیازهای حرفه‌ای مهندسین و مدیران شهری است. روش‌شناسی این پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی و از روش تحلیل محتوای کمی و پیمایشی بهره برده است. روش گردآوری داده‌ها به‌صورت کتابخانه‌ای و پرسش‌نامه گردآوری شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش بیانگر آن است که مولفه‌های «طرح انطباق کاربری اراضی شهری» و «طرح‌های آماده‌سازی اراضی» بیشترین و مولفه «طراحی و نظارت گروه‌های ساختمانی» کمترین توجه را در دروس الزامی و اختیاری داشته‌اند. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که محتوای آموزش فعلی دوره کارشناسی ارشد برنامه‌ریزی شهری ارتباط دوطرفه حرفه و رشتهدر چارچوب محتوای آموزشی هدفمند و مطابق با واقعیت‌ها و نیازهای حرفه‌ای مهندسین و مدیران شهری را به‌طور مناسب برقرار نمی‌کند. این ارتباط کم به‌واسطه همپوشانی اندک محتوای برخی دروس تحلیلی (الزامی و اختیاری) با درصد فراوانی مولفه‌ها و مقوله‌های مربوط به نظام‌نامه خدمات مهندسین شهرساز است که در جهت تطبیق‌پذیری بیشتر با نیازهای حرفه‌ای مهندسین و مدیران شهری بازنگری در محتوای آموزشی دوره یا تغییر در نوع و تعداد ساعات دروس سرفصل ضروری است.

assessing the adaptation of the content of urban planningcourses to the needs of the professional community of engineers and urban managers

education is the most fundamental process for maintaining awareness and maintaining the quality and quantity of society’s knowledge, and the educational content of each discipline is the key to achieving it. this process, due to the rapid changes in the fields of urban knowledge and in parallel with the changes in urban conditions and problems and their complexity, has increased the expectations of the master’s course in urban planning. the purpose of the present study is to investigate the degree of adaptability of the educational content of the master’s course in urban planning with the content ofthe urban planning engineer service system in the form of professionalneeds of engineers and urban managers. the methodology of thisresearch is descriptive-analytical and uses quantitative and surveycontent analysis methods. the method of data collection is libraryand questionnaire. the findings of the research show that the componentsof “urban land use adaptation plan” and “land preparationplans” have received the most attention and the “design and supervisionof construction groups” component has received the leastattention in compulsory and optional courses. the results show thatthe current teaching content of the master’s course in urban planningdoes not properly establish the two-way communication between theprofession and the discipline within the framework of the targetededucational content and in accordance with the realities and professionalneeds of engineers and urban managers. this low correlationis due to the small overlap of the content of some analytical courses(mandatory and optional) with the percentage of the components andcategories related to the service system of urban engineers, whichhas been revised in order to be more adaptable to the professionalneeds of engineers and urban managers. in the educational contentof the course or change in the type and number of hours of the maincourse is necessary.
