واکاوی مفهوم جوامع محصور در تعاریف موجود

جوامع محصور به عنوان الگوهای جدید سکونتگاهی، مفاهیمی همچون انزوای محیطی و اجتماعی، محصوریت، کنترل دسترسی، خدمات و امکانات، همگنی اجتماعی، کیفیت زندگی، حریم خصوصی، امنیت و گروه اجتماعی خاصی از مردم را به همراه داشته و بازتاب‌دهنده تغییرات ساختاری در شهرهای معاصر هستند برخی مطالعات نشان می‌دهد که رشد جوامع محصور، می‌تواند به افزایش تفکیک اجتماعی و فضایی منجر شود. پژوهش حاضر به بررسی جوامع محصور و تاثیرات اجتماعی، اقتصادی و فضایی آن‌ها در محیط‌های شهری می‌پردازد. روش تحقیق استفاده شده ترکیبی از روش‌های توصیفی تحلیلی و استنادی است. در این پژوهش به بررسی تطبیقی تعاریف و دسته‌بندی‌های مختلف از جوامع محصور و تحلیل ویژگی‌ها و پیامدهای این نوع جوامع پرداختیم. از تعاریف و ویژگی‌ها، مولفه‌های جوامع محصور به دست آمد که این مولفه‌ها در پنج جنبه کالبدی – فضایی، عملکردی، معنایی، مدیریتی -اقتصادی-حقوقی و جمعیت شناختی – اجتماعی دسته‌بندی شدند و با توجه به فراوانی این مولفه‌ها در تعاریف و آزمون خبرگی به بازتعریف مفهوم جامعی برای جوامع محصور پرداخته شد. در این میان با ارزیابی تاریخچه و ویژگی‌های جوامع محصور در کشورهای مختلف، سعی گردید تا دید وسیع‌تری نسبت به این جوامع به وجود بیاید. اهمیت جوامع محصور بیشتر به جنبه‌های کالبدی – فضایی بستگی دارد و این موضوع بیانگر تفکیک این جوامع از دیگر نقاط شهری است که با ماهیت این جوامع در ارتباط است.

exploring the concept of gated communities in existingdefinitions

gated communities as new settlement patterns bringwith them concepts such as environmental and socialisolation, enclosure, access control, services and facilities,social homogeneity, quality of life, privacy, securityand a specific social group of people and reflectstructural changes in contemporary cities. some studiesshow that the growth of gated communities can leadto increased social and spatial segregation. the presentstudy examines gated communities and their social,economic and spatial impacts in urban environments.the research method used is a combination of descriptiveanalytical and citational methods. in this study, weconducted a comparative study of different definitionsand categories of gated communities and analyzedthe characteristics and consequences of this type ofcommunity. from the definitions and characteristics,the components of gated communities were obtained,which were categorized into five aspects: physical-spatial,functional, semantic, managerial-economic-legal,and demographic-social. considering the abundance ofthese components in the definitions and the expertisetest, a comprehensive concept for gated communitieswas redefined. in the meantime, by evaluating the historyand characteristics of gated communities in differentcountries, an attempt was made to create a broaderview of these communities. the importance of gatedcommunities depends more on the physical-spatial aspects,and this indicates the separation of these communitiesfrom other urban areas, which is related to thenature of these communities.
