ارزیابی تاثیر مدل ‌سازی اطلاعات شهر (cim) و کاربرد آن در بهبود عملکرد و مدیریت پروژه‌های هوشمند سازی شهری

پروژه‌های هوشمندسازی به مجموعه‌ای از فعالیت‌ها اطلاق می‌شود که با هدف افزایش سطح کیفیت، بهبود کارایی و کاهش تاثیرات منفی در زمینه‌های مختلف، از فناوری‌های ارتباطی و اطلاعاتی در شهرها استفاده می‌کند. مدیریت پروژه‌های هوشمندسازی، به دلیل پیچیدگی و تعداد زیاد پارامترهای موردنیاز، به یکی از مهم‌ترین دغدغه‌ها در این زمینه، تبدیل شده است. در همین راستا، مدل‌سازی اطلاعات شهر می‌تواند بهبود عملکرد پروژه‌های هوشمندسازی شهری و نحوه مدیریت آن‌ها را تبیین کند. با استفاده از این مدل، می‌توان اطلاعات مربوط به مکان، زمان و منابع را جمع‌آوری کرده و با استفاده از روش‌های تحلیل داده، الگوریتم‌های هوشمند و سامانه‌های خودکار، بهبود عملکرد پروژه‌های هوشمندسازی شهری را تضمین کرد. این‌روش، علاوه بر بهبود عملکرد پروژه‌ها، می‌تواند بهبود کیفیت زندگی شهروندان را نیز به دنبال داشته باشد. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر استفاده از مدل‌سازی اطلاعات شهر در بهبود عملکرد و مدیریت پروژه‌های هوشمندسازی شهری بوده که برای انجام آن از روش‌های تحقیق کمی و کیفی استفاده شده است. در این بررسی، ابتدا نیازهای شهری و مسائل موجود در آن شناسایی می‌شود. سپس، راهکارهای مدل‌سازی اطلاعات شهری برای بهبود مدیریت پروژه‌های هوشمندسازی ارائه می‌گردد. درنهایت، اثربخشی این راهکارها در بهبود مدیریت پروژه‌های هوشمندسازی شهرها مورد ارزیابی قرار می‌گیرد. نتایج این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که مدل‌سازی اطلاعات شهری می‌تواند نقش مهمی در بهبود عملکرد و مدیریت پروژه‌های هوشمندسازی شهری داشته باشد.

smartization projects refer to a set of activities that use information and communication technologies in cities to increase the quality level, improve efficiency and reduce negative impacts in various fields. project management of smartization projects, dueto the complexity and large number of required parameters, hasbecome one of the most important concerns in this field. in this regard,city information modeling can explain the improvement ofthe performance of urban smartization projects and how to managethem. using this model, information related to location, timeand resources can be collected and using data analysis methods,intelligent algorithms and automated systems, the performanceimprovement of urban smartization projects can be guaranteed.this method, in addition to improving the performance of projects,can also improve the quality of life of citizens. the purposeof this research was to investigate the effect of using city informationmodeling in improving the performance and managementof urban smartization projects, for which quantitative and qualitativeresearch methods were used. in this study, first the urbanneeds and existing issues are identified. then, city informationmodeling solutions are presented to improve the management ofsmartization projects. finally, the effectiveness of these solutionsin improving the management of smartization projects is evaluated. the results of this research show that city information modeling can play an important role in improving the performance and management of urban smartization projects.
