الگوی مدیریت ترافیک در شهرهای دارای بافت تاریخی

با توجه به ساختار شهرها، یکی از معضلات اصلی مدیریت ترافیک در شهرهای دارای بافت تاریخی، نداشتن الگوی مناسب مدیریتی است. پژوهش حاضر با این هدف، طراحی و اجرا شد.: این پژوهش از نظر هدف از نوع تحقیق‌های کاربردی توسعه‌ای است. به‌طورکلی در این پژوهش برای پاسخ‌گویی به اهداف و سوالات ابتدا از روش اسناد کاوی و سپس برای تعیین الگوی مناسب پس از مصاحبه با خبرگان، از روش تحلیل محتوا استفاده شد. روش انتخاب مشارکت‌کنندگان در مصاحبه‌های پژوهش، قضاوتی هدفمند بوده و حجم آن پانزده نفر می‌باشد. برای تحلیل اطلاعات از روش تحلیل تم (تحلیل مضمون) استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق دربرگیرنده 92 تم پایه، 10 تم سازنده و چهار تم فراگیر می‌باشند. مدیریت حضور فیزیکی افراد در بافت تاریخی، حفظ ظاهر و باطن بافت تاریخی و...، از تم‌های سازنده پژوهش می‌باشند که در چهار تم فراگیر، ویژه بافت تاریخی، مشوق‌های ترافیکی، ساماندهی‌های ترافیکی، فرهنگی و تقنینی قرار می‌گیرند. : برای تحقق هدف تحقیق لازم است روش‌های مختلف مدیریت ترافیک مرسوم، با الگوی این تحقیق انطباق یابند. بدین منظور موارد شناسایی شده در بخش یافته‌های تحقیق بایستی در جهت بهبود ترافیک اجرایی گردند.

background and purpose: considering the structure of cities, one of the main problems of traffic management in cities with historical context is the lack of a suitable management model.the current research was designed and implemented with thisaim. method: in terms of the purpose of this research, it is a typeof developmental applied research. in general, in this research,to answer the goals and questions, the document mining methodwas first used, and then the content analysis method was used todetermine the appropriate model after interviewing the experts.the method of selecting the participants in the research interviewsis a purposeful judgment and its volume is fifteen people.the theme analysis method was used to analyze the data.findings: the results of the research include 92 basic themes,10 constructive themes and four comprehensive themes. managingthe physical presence of people in the historical context,preserving the appearance and interior of the historical context,etc., are among the constructive themes of the research, whichare included in four comprehensive themes, especially the historicalcontext, traffic incentives, traffic arrangements, culturaland legislative. . conclusion: in order to achieve the goal of theresearch, it is necessary to adapt the different conventional trafficmanagement methods to the pattern of this research. for this purpose, the items identified in the research findings section should be implemented to improve traffic.
