بررسی رابطه اعتیاد به بازی آنلاین با رضایت زناشویی در زوج‌های ایرانی

پیشگفتار: اعتیاد به بازی‌های آنلاین عبارت است از استفاده افرطی و تکانشی از بازی‌های آنلاین به‌صورتی که منجربه مشکلات اجتماعی عاطفی گردد و با وجود این مشکلات فرد قادر به کنترل استفاده افراطی خود نباشد. اعتیاد به بازی آنلاین نه تنها می‌تواند فرد را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد، بلکه خانواده نیز از این اعتیاد رفتاری متاثر خواهد شد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه‌ اعتیاد به بازی آنلاین با رضایت زناشویی در زوج‌های ایرانی در سال1401-1400 انجام شد. روش: این پژوهش به روش مقطعی-تحلیلی از نوع مشاهده‌ای انجام شد. جامعه‌آماری پژوهش، زوج‌های ایرانی بودند و نمونه‌گیری به روش در دسترس انجام شد. داده‌ها از طریق پرسشنامه دموگرافیک، تست اختلال بازی اینترنتی ده موردی و پرسشنامه رضایت زناشویی انریچ جمع‌آوری شد. برای تحلیل داده از آزمون کادو استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: در این پژوهش چهارصد و پنجاه نفر شرکت کردند. هشتاد و دو ممیز چهار دهم درصد شرکت‌کنندگان را زنان تشکیل می‌دادند. پنجاه درصد شرکت‌کنندگان تحصیلات کارشناسی داشتند. میانگین زمان انجام بازی آنلاین در این مطالعه یک ممیز شصت و دو صدم ساعت در روز اعلام شد و شش ممیز هفت دهم درصد پاسخ‌دهندگان انجام شرطبندی حین بازی آنلاین را گزارش دادند. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد، بین رضایت زناشویی و اعتیاد به بازی آنلاین رابطه معکوس و معناداری وجود دارد.پی‌آمد: بر اساس یافته‌های این پژوهش، اعتیاد به بازی‌های آنلاین می‌تواند نارضایتی زناشویی را در میان زوجین پیشبینی نماید به‌صورتی که نارضایتی زناشویی در افراد معتاد به بازی‌های آنلاین چهار ممیز بیست و شش صدم برابر افراد غیرمعتاد است. از آن‌جایی که میزان اعتیاد به بازی آنلاین در نمونه ما سه ممیز هشت دهم درصد بوده است بنابراین این اعتیاد ضرورتا شیوع بالایی ندارد اما می‌تواند منجر به بروز مشکل جدی و مهمی مانند نارضایتی زناشویی شود.

investigating the relationship between online game addiction and marital satisfaction in iranian couples

introduction: online game addiction refers to the excessive and impulsive use of online games, leading to social and emotional issues. despite recognizing these problems, individuals struggling with this addiction often find it difficult to control their gaming habits. this type of behavioral addiction not only impacts the individual but can also affect their family. the present study aims to explore the relationship between online game addiction and marital satisfaction among iranian couples during the years 2021-2022.methods: this study was an analytical cross-sectional observational research conducted on iranian couples. the sampling method used was convenience sampling. data were collected using a demographic questionnaire, the ten-item internet gaming disorder test, and the enrich marital satisfaction scale. a chi-square test was employed to analyze the data.results: four hundred fifty people participated in this research study. eighty-two point four percent of the participants were women, and half of them were undergraduates. the average time spent playing online games in this study was reported as one point six two hours per day, with six point seven percent of respondents admitting to engaging in gambling while playing online games. the results indicated a significant inverse relationship between marital satisfaction and online game addiction.conclusions: based on the findings of this research, addiction to online gaming can be a significant predictor of marital dissatisfaction among couples. individuals who are addicted to online games experience a level of marital dissatisfaction that is more than four times greater than that of non-addicted individuals. although the rate of online game addiction in our sample was only three point eight percent, which is relatively low, it can still lead to serious issues such as marital dissatisfaction.
