مطالعه علل و انگیزه‌‌های قتل در استان کرمان

پیشگفتار: میزان وقوع قتل، نه تنها امنیت اجتماعی را بر هم می‌زند، بلکه می‌تواند سرآغازی برای وقوع دیگر جرایم و آسیب‌های متعدد در جامعه باشد. هدف پژوهش حاضر مطالعه علل و انگیزه‌های قتل در استان کرمان در فاصله زمانی سال‌های 1397 تا1400 بود.روش: پژوهش حاضر با روش توصیفی و اسنادی انجام شده است. جامعه‌آماری این پژوهش شامل اسناد مربوط به قتل در استان کرمان است که با مراجعه به استانداری شهرستان کرمان به‌دست آمده‌اند. داده‌ها از طریق فیش‌برداری از منابع و اسناد این ارگان استخراج شده و در مرحله توصیف، از جداول توزیع فراوانی استفاده گردیده است.یافته‌ها: براساس یافته‌های تحقیق، بیشترین علل و انگیزه‌ها در استان کرمان به‌ترتیب متعلق به این موارد بود. نزاع و درگیری، اختلافات خانوادگی و طایفه‌ای، مساله‌های منکراتی و ناموسی، مواد مخدر، اختلافات قبلی، سرقت، اختلافات مالی و ملکی. همچنین بیشترین مورد ارتکاب به قتل، با استفاده از سلاح گرم انجام شده است. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین تعداد قاتل و مقتول در گروه سنی بیست و یک تا سی سال، تعداد مردان مقتول و مردان قاتل بیش از زنان، تعداد مقتولین متاهل و قاتلین متاهل بیش از مجردین، اکثریت مقتولین و قاتلین دارای شغل آزاد و تابعیت ایرانی و فاقد سابقه کیفری بودند همچنین بیشتر قتل‌ها بدون برنامه‌ریزی قبلی انجام شده‌اند. پی‌آمد: نهادها و سازمان‌های مسوول با استفاده از نتایج پژوهش حاضر دلایل وقوع قتل‌ها را مورد بررسی قرار دهند و سیاست‌هایی عملی و اجرایی در سطوح مختلف فردی، خانوادگی و اجتماعی جهت کنترل و کاهش این پدیده به‌کار گیرند. 

the study of causes and motivations of murder in kerman city

introduction: the occurrence of murder not only undermines social security but can also lead to the emergence of other crimes and various harms within society. this study aimed to investigate the causes and motives behind murders in kerman province from 2018 to 2021.methods: the research was conducted using descriptive and documentary methods. the statistical population included documents related to murder cases in kerman province, which were obtained from the governor’s office of kerman city. data were collected by reviewing records and documents from this organization, and frequency distribution tables were used during the description phase.results: the research findings indicate that the main causes and motives for murders in kerman province were, in order of prevalence: conflicts, family and clan disputes, issues of shame and honor, drug-related problems, previous disputes, theft, and financial or property disputes. furthermore, most murders were committed using firearms.the results also revealed that the highest number of murderers and victims were in the age group of twenty-one to thirty. additionally, the number of male victims and male murderers exceeded that of females. among the victims and murderers, a larger proportion were married compared to singles. most individuals involved were freelancers, held iranian citizenship, and did not have a criminal record. notably, most murders were carried out without prior planning.conclusions: institutions and organizations should utilize the findings of this study to thoroughly investigate the causes of murder. they must implement practical policies at various levels—individual, family, and social—to effectively control and reduce this phenomenon.
