تحلیل جامعه‌شناسی پیامد‌های اجتماعی و اقتصادی طلاق صوری تجربه زیسته زنان مطلقه مستمری بگیر سازمان تامین اجتماعی

پیشگفتار: پدیده نوظهور طلاق صوری نوعی طلاق توافقی است که هدف آن جدایی زوجین نبوده، بلکه به‌دلایل دیگری و برای کسب منفعت‌های ناشی از مجرد یا مطلقه بودن صورت می‌گیرد که درسال‌های اخیر رو به افزایش بوده است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی و تحلیل جامعه‌شناسی پیامدهای اجتماعی و اقتصادی طلاق صوری و بررسی تجربه زیسته زنان مطلقه صوری مستمری‌بگیر سازمان تامین اجتماعی با رویکرد نظریه زمینه‌ای انجام گردیده است.روش: پژوهش به روش کیفی در سال 1401 در شهرستان ملارد انجام گردید. چهارده نفر از زنان مطلقه صوری مستمری‌بگیر شعبه تامین اجتماعی ملارد به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و نظری تا اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته و برای تجزیه وتحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزارnvivo10 استفاده گردید. یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش منجر به شناسایی صد و هفتاد و سه مقوله باز، پنجاه و دو مقوله محوری و ده مقوله انتخابی گردید که درقالب مدل پارادایمی قرارگرفت و پدیده مرکزی «احساس ناامنی اقتصادی و خانوادگی در زنان» مطلقه صوری مستمری‌بگیر سازمان تامین اجتماعی بود، که در زمینه و میدان مطالعه کشف گردید. پی‌آمد: طلاق صوری و دریافت مستمری پیامدهای اقتصادی و اجتماعی برای زنان در برداشته است که از پیامدهای اقتصادی می‌توان گفت برای زنان بهبود شرایط اقتصادی آنان و بعد مثبت اجتماعی آن نیز افزایش سطح قدرت و تصمیمگیری زنان بوده است، اما طلاق صوری و دریافت مستمری پیامدهای منفی نیز برای زنان داشت که ازجمله می‌توان به افزایش تعارضات خانوادگی، از دست دادن شغل و فرصت‌های کسب درآمد و بی بهره شدن از حقوق قانونی خود به‌عنوان همسر به‌دلیل طلاق اشاره کرد.

sociological analysis of the social and economic consequences of fake divorce, lived experience of formally divorced social security pensioners women

introduction: the emerging phenomenon of fake divorce is a form of consensual divorce, intended not to separate couples but to achieve other goals, such as obtaining economic and social benefits from being single or divorced. this practice has been increasing in recent years. this research aims to analyze the sociological and economic consequences of fake divorce and to explore the lived experiences of formally divorced women who are pensioners of the social security organization, using a grounded theory approach.methods: the qualitative research was conducted in mallard city in 2022. fourteen divorced women who are pensioners from the mallard social security branch were selected through purposeful and theoretical sampling until theoretical saturation was reached. data were collected using semi-structured interviews, and nvivo 10 software was employed for data analysis.results: the research findings revealed one hundred seventy-three open categories, fifty-two central categories, and ten selective categories. these were organized into a paradigm model, where the central phenomenon identified was the feeling of economic and family insecurity in women who are formal pensioners of the social security organization.conclusions: fake divorce and the receipt of alimony have both economic and social implications for women, which can enhance their financial conditions. additionally, the positive social aspect includes increased empowerment and decision-making capabilities for women. however, there are negative consequences as well, such as rising family conflicts, loss of job opportunities, and deprivation of legal rights as a spouse due to divorce.
