ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه پیمان‌درمانی کالیفرنیا (calpas) در افراد مراجعه کننده به مرکز مشاوره شهر تهران

مقدمه: پیمان‌درمانی از طریق ایجاد توافق همدلانه بین درمانگر و مراجع، کاربست مهمی در درمان دارد و پیش‌بینی کننده اصلی نتایج درمانی و زیربنای اساسی اثربخشی روان‌درمانی است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه پیمان‌درمانی کالیفرنیاcalpas در افراد مراجعه‌کننده به مرکز  مشاوره شهر تهران انجام گرفت.روش: این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی-تحلیلی است. جامعه‌آماری پژوهش کلیه افراد مراجعه‌کننده به مرکز مشاوره شهر تهران در سال 1397-1396 بود. دویست نفر به‌روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس و  براساس معیارهای ورود به پژوهش به‌عنوان حجم نمونه این پژوهش انتخاب شدند. سپس چک لیست ویژگی‌های جمعیت شناختی و پرسشنامه پیمان‌درمانی کالیفرنیا را تکمیل نمودند. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش‌های تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تاییدی، ضریب آلفای کرونیاخ  و روایی واگرا استفاده شد. نتایج: یافته‌ها نشان داد تحلیل عامل تاییدی از روایی چهار بُعد پرسشنامه پیمان‌درمانی کالیفرنیاcalpas حمایت می‌کند، همچنین ابعاد پرسشنامه از برازش مطلوبی0/001>p برخوردار می‌باشند.بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: بنابراین با توجه به خصوصیات روان‌سنجی مطلوب این پرسشنامه، ابزار مناسبی برای پیمان‌درمانی در افراد می‌باشد.

introduction: contract therapy is a significant aspect of treatment that establishes a connection of empathy between the therapist and client. it is known to be a major indicator of the effectiveness of psychotherapy and therapeutic outcomes. the purpose of this study was to evaluate the psychometric properties of the persian version of the california therapeutic alliance questionnaire (calpas) among individuals who were referred to the tehran counseling center.methods: this is a descriptive-analytical research study. the statistical population of the study included all individuals who visited the tehran counseling center between 2017-2018. a sample size of two hundred participants was selected using convenience sampling based on the inclusion criteria. participants completed a demographic checklist and a calpas questionnaire. data was analyzed using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, cronbach’s alpha coefficient, and divergent validity.results: the results indicated strong validity p<0.001 and favorable fit of the calpas four-dimensional questionnaire.conclusions: due to the questionnaire’s favorable psychometric properties, it is a suitable tool for individualized contractual therapy.
