مداخلات مددکاری اجتماعی در کار با یک کودک مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه و بیش فعالی گزارش مورد

مقدمه: رابطه والد-کودک یکی از مهمترین رابطه‌هایی است که هر فرد در طول دوره زندگی خود تجربه می‌کند. این دوره نقش مهمی در تعیین شخصیت فرد در بزرگسالی ایفا می‌کند. به‌همین دلیل مداخله‌هایی برای آموزش والدین به‌منظور شکلگیری هر چه بهتر این رابطه و پیشگیری از آسیب احتمالی دوره بزرگسالی ضروری به‌نظر می‌رسد. هدف این مقاله، گزارش مداخله‌های مددکاری اجتماعی در کار با یک کودک مبتلا به نقص توجه و بیش‌فعالی به‌منظور کاهش مشکل کودک و آموزش غیرمستقیم آموزه‌ها به والدین برای بهبود نحوه تعامل با کودک و ایجاد دلبستگی ایمن بود. گزارش مورد: پارسا، نام کودک به دلیل حفظ حریم شخصی تغییر داده شده است- پسر شش ساله‌ای است که با تشخیص اختلال نقص توجه و بیش‌فعالی به رغم بستری‌های مکرر در بیمارستان،  به دارو درمانی پاسخ نمی‌دهد و خانواده در برخورد با او دچار درماندگی شده است. مداخلات مددکاری اجتماعی با تاکید بر نظریه دلبستگی و با استفاده از رویکرد -شخص در محیط- باعث کاهش نشانه‌ها در کودک مورد مطالعه شد.بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: مددکار اجتماعی در کار با این کیس، مداخله‌های خود را بر اساس نظریه دلبستگی انجام داد و سعی شد از این طریق آموزش‌های لازم به مادر و معلم کودک  داده شود. با توجه به تاثیرگذاری این رویکرد، می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک رویکرد موثر به سایر متخصصان این حوزه پیشنهاد شود. البته در این راه، موانعی از جمله توجه صرف به دارودرمانی، مشارکت ندادن والدین در روند درمان، نداشتن نگاه سیستمی تیم درمان و آگاه نبودن آن‌ها به نقش مددکار اجتماعی وجود داشت که رفع آن‌ها می‌تواند در حصول نتایج بهتر موثر باشد.

introduction: the parent-child relationship is one of the most important relationships a person experiences throughout the life. this period has a crucial role in determining the personality of an adult. for this reason, interventions to educate parents in order to have a better relationship and prevente of possible adulthood trauma are necessary. this study was aimed to report a social work interventions with an attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder child to reduce the child’s destructive behaviors and indirectly teach his parents to improve how to interact with him and have a secure attachment.case description: parsa (pseudonym) is a six-year-old boy diagnosed with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder. despite frequent hospitalizations, he is no longer responde to pharmacotherapy, and his parents are helpless in dealing with him. social work interventions by emphasizing the theory of attachment and using the person-in-environment approach reduced the symptoms in the child.conclusions: in this case, the social worker worked based on the attachment theory and tried to train the mother and teacher. given the effectiveness of this approach, it can be suggested as an effective approach to other specialists in the field. of course, in this way, there were obstacles such as mere attention to pharmacotherapy, not being participated parents in the treatment process, lack of systematic view of the treatment team and their lack of awareness of the role of social worker, which fixing them will lead to better results.
