تحلیل معادلات ساختاری در بررسی تاثیر مولفه‌های حمایت اجتماعی در تبیین نگرش به اهدای عضو (مورد مطالعه: دارندگان کارت اهدای عضو ساکن استان‌های شمال غرب ایران، 1398)

مقدمه: اهدای عضو، اهدای زندگی به همنوعان است و حمایت اجتماعی نیز نقش اساسی در فرهنگ‌‌‌‌سازی آن دارد. لذا این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تاثیر مولفه‌های حمایت اجتماعی در تبیین نگرش به اهدای عضو انجام گرفته است.روش: روش پژوهش، تحلیلی از نوع همبستگی است. این مطالعه بر روی سیصد و شصت نفر از افراد دارای کارت اهدای عضو ساکن در استان‌‌های شمال‌‌ غرب کشور زنجان، اردبیل و آذربایجان شرقی و غربی، به روش نمونه‌‌گیری تصادفی ساده در سال 1398 انتخاب و انجام گرفت. برای جمع‌‌آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه نگرش به اهدای عضو تیانا و همکاران و مقیاس حمایت اجتماعی قاسمی پور و جهانبخش گنجه استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و بوت‌استرپ از طریق نرم افزار spss amos22 در سطح معنی‌‌داری(0.05>p) تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.نتایج: نتایج حاکی از آن است که ارتباط مستقیم مولفه حمایت عاطفی، مولفه حمایت اطلاعاتی و حمایت ابزاری با نگرش نسبت به اهدای عضو معنادار به‌دست آمد و تاثیر غیرمستقیم مولفه حمایت اطلاعاتی و حمایت ابزاری با میانجیگری مولفه حمایت عاطفی بر نگرش نسبت به اهدای عضو در سطح(0.05>p) معنادار بود. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌‌های مطالعه به‌نظر می‌رسد با فرهنگ‌سازی حمایت اجتماعی در جامعه، از طریق آموزش‌‌های فردی و گروهی توسط برنامه‌‌ریزان بهداشت و سلامت، می‌توان نگرش مثبت افراد را نسبت به اهدای عضو افزایش داد و نیازمندی به پیوند عضو را برطرف نمود.

analysis of structural equations in examining the effect of social support components in explaining attitudes toward organ donation (case study: organ donation card holders living in the northwestern provinces of iran, 2019)

introduction: organ donation is the donation of life to fellow human beings, and social support plays an essential role in acculturalization. therefore, this study was to determine the effect of social support components in explaining attitudes toward organ donation. methods: the research method is the analysis of the correlation type. this study was performed on three-hundred-sixty individuals with organ donation cards residing in the northwestern provinces of iran includes zanjan, ardabil, and east-west azerbaijan, which were selected by simple random sampling in 2019. inorder to gather the data, the organ donation attitude questionnaire of tihana et al. and gasemipor and ganje social protection questionnaire were used. the data were analyzed using pearson correlational coefficient and bootstrap through software spss amos22 at the level of p<0.05.results: the results indicated that the model was fitted, and there was a direct relationship between emotional support, information support, and instrumental support toward attitude with organ donation were significant. the indirect relationship of information support, and instrumental support with mediating components of emotional support were significant.(p<0/05) conclusions: according to the findings of the study, it seems that by creating a culture of social support in society, through individual and group training by health planners, it is possible to inhance the positive attitude of people towards organ donation and eliminate the need for organ transplantation.
