دلایل شکلگیری کار کودک از منظر فعالان این حوزه؛ مطالعه‌ای کیفی در شهر یزد

مقدمه: موضوع کار کودک، مساله بسیاری از کشورهای در حال توسعه است. مساله کار کودک در ایران نیز یک پدیده اجتماعی است که به دلایل متعددی روی می‌دهد. از این‌رو هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی دلایل شکل‌گیری کار کودک از نظر فعالان این حوزه در شهر یزد است. روش: راهبرد مورد استفاده پژوهش، روش نظریه زمینه‌ای بود که با کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی داده‌ها تحلیل شد. ده نفر از فعالان حوزه کار کودک در شهر یزد با نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و با معیار اشباع، مورد مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته قرار گرفتند. نتایج: تحقیق به برساخت پنج مقوله اصلی تحت عناوین؛ فقر، تزلزل چندگانه، تعامل دوسویه، وابستگی و فراگیری پرچالش انجامید و مدل پارادایمی نیز براساس مفاهیم استخراج شده تدوین گردید. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: به‌نظر می‌رسد در اجرای طرح‌هایی به‌منظور کنترل کار کودک، به سطوح اول و دوم توانبخشی لازم است توجه بیشتری شود. همچنین برنامه‌ریزی‌های دقیقتری در بحث آموزشی برای کودکان کار علی‌الخصوص کودکان کار مهاجر در نظر گرفته شود تا با تدابیری ویژه میزان یادگیری آنان ارتقا یابد. در بعد اجتماعی، روانی و بهبود روابط کودک با جامعه و خانواده نیز اقدامات جدی‌تری صورت پذیرد و درنهایت، کودکان کار مهاجر را نسبت به فرهنگ شهر مقصد آگاه‌تر کرد تا میزان سردرگمی آنان در بدو ورود تقلیل یابد. در همین راستا، به جامعه نیز نسبت به تفاوت‌های فرهنگی آنان آگاهی‌رسانی‌هایی داده شود.

Causes of Child Labor from the Perspective of Activists in This Field; A Qualitative Study in the City of Yazd

Introduction: Child labor is a phenomenon in many developing countries. The issue of child labor in Iran is also a social phenomenon that occurs for various reasons. Given the importance of this phenomenon, the purpose of the present study is to explore the reasons for child labor from the activist rsquo;s perspective in this field in the city of Yazd. Methods: This study was used the grounded theory method that led to the construction of a phenomenon within the context of open, axial, and selective coding. By purposeful sampling and saturation criterion, ten activists of child labor in related institutions in the city of Yazd were interviewed in a semistructured manner. Results: It has been found five main categories under the headings of Poverty, multiple instabilities, twoway interaction, dependence, challenging learning. Then the paradigm model has been figured based on the concepts extracted. Conclusions: According to the results, it is suggested should have more consideration on the first and second levels of rehabilitation. make suitable educational plans for labor child to enhance their learning quality. More serious actions should be taken in the following aspects the social, psychological, and improve the children rsquo;s relationship with their society and their families. Finally, make migrant labor children aware of the culture of the destination city to reduce their confusion upon arrival. In this regard, make the citizens aware of their cultural differences too.
