مدیریت تعامل با فرزندان در قرنطینه خانگی در همه‌گیری کووید19؛ مطالعه کیفی با مادران در شهر اراک

مقدمه: همه‌گیری کووید19 بر خانواده‌ها به‌خصوص در شرایط قرنطینه تاثیرات بسیار زیادی گذاشته است. یکی از مساله‌های مهم، شیوه مدیریت رابطه والدین با فرزندان در این شرایط است. هدف پژوهش کشف و واکاوی شیوه تعامل مادران با فرزندان در شرایط کرونا بود.روش: پژوهش به روش کیفی و با رویکرد تحلیل مضمونی انجام شد. داده‌ها در اردیبهشت و خرداد ماه، فاز اول همه‌گیری در ایران با معیار اشباع با پانزده مادر خانواده ساکن شهر اراک و به روش مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته گردآوری شد. داده‌ها به‌ روش تحلیل مضمون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.نتایج: یافته های پژوهش نشان‌دادند در شرایط قرنطینه خانگی مهمترین دغدغه والدین، نحوه تعامل با فرزندان است. پنج مضمون به‌دست آمده:گفتگو و همدلی، دانش و مهارت، فراغت و سرگرمی، سازگاری و آرامش، مدیریت اطلاعات، شیوه‌های تعامل والدین با فرزندان را نشان می‌دهد. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج می‌توان گفت که والدین تلاش داشته‌اند به‌صورت خلاقانه از یکسو اضطراب فرزندان خود را تا حدود زیادی کنترل کنند و از سوی دیگر نیازهای فراغت آن‌ها را پاسخگو باشند. این راهبردها، می‌تواند توسط صاحب نظران مددکاری اجتماعی و سیاستگذاران حوزه خانواده مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

Managing Interaction with Children in the Home Quarantine In the COVID 19 Pandemic; Qualitative Study with Mothers in Arak City

Introduction: The COVID 19 outbreak had a profound effect on families, especially during the quarantine time. One of the important issues is how to manage the relationship between parents and children in this situation. This study aims to explore how mothers interact with their children in this condition.Methods: This is a qualitative study that was conducted with fifteen mothers in Arak in May 2020. Interviews were conducted in a semistructured manner and the data were analyzed by thematic analysis.Results: The results showed that the most important concern of parents inhome quarantine conditions are how they interact with their children. The five themes that showed how parents interact with their children are conversation and empathy, literacy and skills, leisure and entertainment, adaptation and relaxation, information management.Conclusions: Based on the results, it can be said that parents have tried to creatively control their children rsquo;s anxiety to a large extent, and on the other hand, to meet their leisure needs. These strategies can be analyzed by social work experts and family policymakers.
