روابط فرازناشویی زنان با تاکید بر عوامل بین فردی

مقدمه: روابط فرازناشویی، یکی از مهمترین تهدیدات برای ثبات و تداوم زندگی مشترک و از عمده‌ترین دلایل بروز اختلافات زناشویی است. طلاق یکی از بحرانی‌ترین مساله‌هایی است که عملکرد خانواده را دچار تنش و آسیب می‌کند. بر این اساس، هدف پژوهش حاضر شناخت روابط فرازناشویی در زنان و جستجوی زمینه‌های موثر بر آن بود.روش: این پژوهش به شیوه کیفی و با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا انجام شده است. بر اساس معیار اشباع نظری، تعداد سی و چهار زن در این مطالعه شرکت کردند. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از روش مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته استفاده شد.نتایج: با تحلیل محتوای اطلاعات حاصل از مصاحبه‌ها، مضامین خلل در عشق و احساس تعلق خاطر به همسر، ناهمسویی و ناهمراهی یکدیگر، کیفیت پایین رابطه جنسی و روابط ناکارآمد به‌عنوان مضامین اصلی شناسایی شدند. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: بروز روابط فرازناشویی در زنان، یک پدیده یک بعدی نیست بلکه حاصل تعامل عوامل متعددی است و در این بین نقش عوامل بین فردی، بسیار پر رنگ و اساسی است. با توجه به ماهیت این عوامل، توجه و عرضه آموزش‌های لازم به زوجین در این زمینه می‌تواند نقش تعیین کننده‌ای در کاهش روابط فرازناشویی داشته باشد.

Extramarital Affairs of Women with an Emphasis on Interpersonal Factors

Introduction: Extramarital affairs are one of the most important threats to the stability and continuity of marriage and one of the most severe causes of marital disputes. Divorce is another critical issue that affects and damages the functioning of the family. Accordingly, this study aims to understand extramarital relationships in women and seek effective causes of it.Methods: This is a qualitative study using the qualitative content analysis method. Based on theoretical saturation criteria, thirtyfour women participated in this study. A semistructured interview method was used to collect information.Results: After analyzing the content of the information obtained from the interviews, the themes of disruption in love and feeling of belonging to the spouse, lack of alignment and companionship, low quality of sexual intercourse, and dysfunctional relationships were identified as the main themes.Conclusions: The occurrence of extramarital affairs in women is not a onedimensional phenomenon but the result of the several factors #39; interaction, plus the role of interpersonal factors is fundamental. Due to the nature of these factors, paying attention and providing the necessary training to couples in this field can play a decisive role in reducing extramarital affairs.
