اثربخشی لگودرمانی بر رابطه مادر با کودک ناشنوای پیش‌دبستانی

مقدمه: لگو درمانی یکی از برنامه‌های مداخله‌ای است که باعث بهبود قابل توجه برقراری ارتباط کودکان ناشنوا و مراقبان آن‌ها می‌شود. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی لگو درمانی بر رابطه مادر با کودک ناشنوای پیش‌دبستانی در شهر اصفهان بود.روش: پژوهش حاضر، یک مطالعه نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمونپس‌آزمون و گروه شاهد بود. در این پژوهش بیست و چهار کودک ناشنوای پیش‌دبستانی چهار تا شش ساله شرکت داشتند. آزمودنی‌ها با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس از مرکز توانبخشی مادر کودک آوا انتخاب شدند. آن‌ها به دو گروه دوازده نفری آزمایش و شاهد تقسیم شدند. گروه آزمایش، برنامه لگو درمانی را در هشت جلسه چهل و پنج دقیقه‌ای دریافت کردند، درحالی‌ که به گروه شاهد این نوع آموزش ارائه نشد. ابزار استفاده‌ شده در این پژوهش مقیاس رابطه والد کودک پیانتا بود. اطلاعات به‌دست آمده از هر دو پرسشنامه‌ در قبل و بعد از مداخله با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری در نرم‌ افزارspss24 تحلیل شدند.نتایج: نتایج بیانگر اثر معنادار لگو درمانی بر همه خرده‌مقیاس‌های رابطه مادر با کودک ناشنوا بود. همچنین لگو درمانی تاثیر معناداری بر خرده‌مقیاس‌های تعارض، نزدیکی و وابستگی مادران با کودکان ناشنوا داشت.بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: لگو درمانی باعث بهبود رابطه مادر با کودک ناشنوای پیش‌دبستانی شد. در واقع، لگو درمانی از طریق بازی و ایجاد موقعیت‌ها و فرصت‌های خلاق برای برقراری ارتباط موجب بهبود رابطه مادر با کودک ناشنوا می‌شود. بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌شود از برنامه‌ لگو درمانی برای بهبود رابطه مادران با فرزندان ناشنوایشان استفاده شود و این برنامه در مراکز آموزش کودکان ناشنوای پیش‌دبستانی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

Effectiveness of LEGO Therapy on the Mother-Child Relationship of Preschool Deaf Children

Introduction: LEGO therapy is one of the intervention programs that has been shown to encourage significant improvement in the communication of deaf children. The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effectiveness of LEGO therapy on the motherchild relationship of preschool deaf children in the city of Isfahan. Methods: The present research was a semiexperimental study with pretest, posttest design, and a control group. The participants were twentyfour preschool deaf children aged four to six years old. Subjects were selected by convenience sampling method from Ava rehabilitation center of motherchild. They were divided into experimental and control groups, each group consisting of twelve students. The experimental group received eight sessions of fortyfive minutes long LEGO therapy program, while the control group not participated in any. The instrument was done using the parentchild relationship scale of Piyanta. Data were collected through the questionnaires before and after the training sessions. Multivariate analysis of covariance MANCOVA was used with SPSS24. Results: The results also revealed that LEGO therapy had a significant effect on the motherchild relationship. Also, results, P<0.001, showed that LEGO therapy had a significant effect on all subscales of conflict, closeness, dependency on mothers with deaf children. Conclusions: LEGO therapy improved preschool deaf children's parentchild relationship. Lego therapy uses play to develop social skills by creating opportunities for relationships. Therefore, it is recommended to apply LEGO therapy as an effective solution for improving the relationship of parents with deaf children in preschool deaf children education centers.
