چکیده
|
مقدمه: جامعه موفق در گرو خانوادههای منسجم و موفق میباشد و این مهم زمانی تحقق مییابد که ازدواج، انتخاب همسر از روی آگاهی بهمنظور دستیابی به صمیمیت صورت گیرد. برقراری روابط صمیمانه به عوامل مختلفی ازجمله توانایی تنظیم هیجان بستگی دارد. این ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف بررسی اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺸﯽ بسته آﻣﻮزش تیپهای شخصیتی انیاگرام بر خودتنظیمی هیجانی زوجین در مرحله پیش از ازدواج صورت گرفت.روش: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه نیمهتجربی با طرح پیشآزمونپسآزمون همراه با گروه کنترل بود. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪآﻣﺎری ﻣﺸﺘﻤﻞ ﺑﺮ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ زوﺟﯿﻦ در مرحله پیش از ازدواج ﻣﺮاﺟﻌﻪﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﺑﻪ ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ ﻣﺸﺎوره ﺷﻬﺮ اصفهان ﺑﻮد. چهل زوج ﺑﻪ روش هدفمند مبتنی بر ملاکهای ورود و خروج انتخاب شدند. ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ نظمجویی شناختی هیجانcognitive emotional regulation questionnaire cerqp در دو مرحله پیشآزمون و پسآزمون، با فاصله چهل و پنج روز پس از اتمام آموزش، برای سنجش متغیر وابسته استفاده شد. ﮔﺮوه آزﻣﺎیﺶ طی ده جلسه نود دقیقهای یک بار در هفته مورد آموزش قرار گرفتند. دادهها از طریق تحلیل کوواریانس مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.نتایج: یافتهها نشان داد بسته آﻣﻮزش تیپهای شخصیتی انیاگرام بر خودتنظیمی هیجانی زوجین در دوره پیش از ازدواج اثربخش بوده است. همچنین بین نمرات گروه آزمایش و کنترل پس از کنترل پیشآزمون تفاوت معناداری مشاهده شد.[05/0>p] بحث و نتیجهگیری: بر اساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر آﻣﻮزش تیپشناسی انیاگرام بهمنظور ایجاد بینش نسبت به ویژگیهای متفاوت شخصیت و درک حالات هیجانی خود و دیگری ﺑﺮای ﭘﯿﺸﮕﯿﺮی از ﻣﺸﮑﻼت بعدی در زندگی زﻧﺎﺷﻮیﯽ و دستیابی ﺑﻪ یک ازدواج ﻣﻮﻓﻖ، پیشنهاد میشود.

The Effectiveness of Enneagram Typology Training Package on Emotional Self-Regulation of Couples in Premarital Stage

Abstract
|
Introduction: A successful society depends on coherent and successful families and it comes true when the choice of couples is made on knowledge to fulfill intimacy. Establishing intimate relationships is hinged upon a variety of factors including the ability to recognize and regulate emotions. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of training of Enneagram typology on emotional selfregulation of couples in the premarital stage. Methods: This was a quasiexperimental study with a pretestposttest design and control group. The sample of this study was all couples in the premarital stage were referred to the counseling centers of Isfahan city, among them forty couples were selected by purposive sampling method based on entry and exit criteria and randomly divided into control and experimental groups. The data were collected by the cognitive emotion regulation questionnaireCERQ. The experimental group received ten sessions of ninetyminute enneagram typology training once a week while the control group received none. After completing the interventions and after fortyfive days, both groups responded to the posttest. Analysis of covariance was run to analyze the data.Results: According to the results, the Enneagram personality types training was effective on emotional self regulation of couples and there was a significant difference between the experimental and control groups in terms of emotional selfregulation criteria. [P<0.05]Conclusions: This study shows that training Enneagram typology by providing insights on the different characteristics of the personality in couples leads them to perceive precise knowledge of the emotional states of themselves and their partner will be effective in preventing future problems in marital life to achieve a successful marriage.
