بررسی دیدگاه مربیان و متخصصان توانبخشی حرفه‌ای در مورد تاثیر کارگاه‌های حرفه آموزی بر توانبخشی حرفه‌ای افراد کم‌توان ذهنی وجسمی

مقدمه: یکی از اقدامات توانبخشی جهت ارتقاء سطح کیفی و کمی زندگی افراد کم توان با نیازهای ویژه، توانبخشی حرفه ای است. هدف این پژوهش بررسی دیدگاه مربیان و متخصصان توانبخشی در مورد تاثیر کارگاه های حرفه آموزی بر توانبخشی حرفه ای افراد کم توان ذهنی و جسمی بود.روش: جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه کارشناسان متخصص توانبخشی (38 نفر) و مربیان و کمک مربیان (34 نفر) که در مراکز حرفه آموزی و کارگاه های حمایتیتولیدی غیردولتی توانبخشی استان کرمان (8 مرکز) مشغول خدمت بودند (در مجموع72 نفر)، تشکیل داده است. در این مطالعه از روش نمونه گیری سرشماری استفاده گردید. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه دو قسمتی شامل اطلاعات دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته شامل پنج سوال بود. روایی محتوای آزمون توسط نظر ده نفر از کارشناسان مسئول و صاحب نظر در نظارت بر مراکز حرفه آموزی افراد کم توان با نیازهای ویژه مورد تایید قرارگرفت. پایایی آزمون نیز بر اساس آلفای کرونباخ 0.7محاسبه شد. داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی (آزمون آماری یو من ویتنی ) تحلیل شد.نتایج: میانگین نمره نگرش شرکت کنندگان 37.92، مربیان 38.40 و متخصصان توانبخشی 37.50 بود. نگرش شغلی افراد شرکت کننده به تاثیر کارگاه های حرفه آموزی بر توانبخشی حرفه ای افراد کم توان ذهنی و جسمی مثبت بود. نگرش مربیان با متخصصان توانبخشی تفاوتی نداشت. بین نگرش مربیان و متخصصان در مورد تاثیر نوع کارگاه های حرفه آموزی بر میزان رغبت وعلایق شغلی افراد کم توان تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت.بحث و نتیجه گیری: متخصصان توانبخشی معتقدند کارگاه های حرفه آموزی با علایق و رغبت های شغلی تناسب زیادی دارد و از دلایل آن می تواند این باشد که این کارگاه ها با توجه به نظر ارزشیابان حرفه ای، مربیان، متخصصان، نیاز بازار بومی و همچنین رغبت های افراد کم توان با نیازهای ویژه راه اندازی شده است

The Perspective of Professional Educators and Rehabilitators About the Impact of Professional Training Workshops on Professional Rehabilitation of People with Intellectual and Physical Disability

Introduction: Vocational rehabilitation is one of the rehabilitation actions for improving the quality and quantity of life of people with special needs. The purpose of this study is an evaluation of the ideas of rehabilitation experts and educators about the impact of professional training workshops on vocational rehabilitation of persons with physical and mental disability.Methodology: The population consist of all rehabilitation experts (38) and help coaches and trainers (34) in vocational training centers and NGO support rehabilitation workshops in Kerman (8 units) are in the service (in total 72 people). Census method was used in this study. The Research Tools consist of a Twopart questionnaire includes demographic information and a questionnaire includes five questions. Content validity was confirmed by ten experts and supervisors in professional training centers for disabled persons with special needs. The Reliability was calculated by Cranach rsquo;s alpha (7.0). Data were analyzed by descriptive and analytical statistics (u MannWhitney test).Results: The Average scores of the participants were 37/92 and The Average scores of educators 38/40 and the Average scores of rehabilitation expert rsquo;s attitude were 37/50. Participants Job attitude in the workshops were positive about the impact of professional training workshops on vocational rehabilitation for people with mental and physical disability. There was no difference Between Attitude of rehabilitation experts and educators. There was no statistical difference Between Attitudes of educators and experts about the impact of professional training workshops on job Trends rate in people with disability.Conclusions: Vocational rehabilitation experts believe that the workshops have a lot of proportions with job Trends. Perhaps the reason for this issue is that the workshops have been launched According to the Professional assessors, trainers and experts and Local market needs and trends of disabled people with special needs
