مدیریت آرشیوهای دانشگاهی در دانشگاه‌های برتر جهان

هدف: شناسایی فرایندهای مدیریت آرشیوهای دانشگاهی در دانشگاه‌های برتر جهان و عرضۀ راهکارهایی برای مدیریت صحیح آرشیوهای دانشگاهی ایران.روش/ رویکرد پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر به‌لحاظ هدف از نوع کاربردی و به‌لحاظ روش از نوع توصیفی است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش، آرشیو 150 دانشگاه برتر جهان است. پژوهش به‌روش سرشماری انجام شده‌است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌های پژوهش، پرسش‌نامۀ محقق‌ساخته است. داده‌ها در نرم‌افزار اس.پی.اس.اس ثبت شده‌است و نتایج حاصل‌از آن براساس آمار توصیفی تجزیه‌وتحلیل شده‌است.یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: اکثر آرشیوهای دانشگاهی به‌عنوان ترکیبی از آرشیو اداری، تاریخی، و پژوهشی و تحت نظارت کتاب‌خانۀ دانشگاه فعالیت می‌کنند. در آرشیوهای دانشگاهی، میانگین جمع‌آوری اسناد رسمی دانشگاه/ پرونده‌های اداری و مالی، بیشتر از بقیۀ مدارک است. استادان، دانشجویان و پژوهش‌گران خارج از دانشگاه، اصلی‌ترین مخاطبان آرشیوهای دانشگاهی هستند. رایج‌ترین سطح تنظیم و توصیف اسناد براساس استانداردهای ملی و بین‌المللی، سطح مجموعه است و رایج‌ترین استاندارد ملی و بین‌اللملی در این زمینه، استاندارد ایساد است. استفاده از اسناد و منابع در اتاق مطالعه، رایج‌ترین خدمت آرشیوهای دانشگاهی برای کاربران است. برنامه‌های آموزشی برای کارکنان درزمینۀ تنظیم و توصیف اسناد در رتبۀ اول قرار دارد. در بین انواع برنامه‌های آموزشی برای کاربران، برگزاری نمایشگاه‌ها در رتبۀ اول قرار دارد. در آرشیوهای دانشگاهی شناسایی‌شده، تمام فعالیت‌ها و جنبه‌های مختلف مدیریت اهمیت بسیاری دارد؛ ولی میزان اهمیت آن‌ها در هر آرشیو باتوجه‌به سیاست‌های دانشگاه متفاوت است.

purpose: identifying the processes of managing university archives in the world’s top universities and providing solutions for proper management of university archives of iran.methodology: the study is applied research in terms of the purpose and was conducted using descriptive research method. the statistical population was the archives of the top 150 universities in the world. data was collected using a researcher-made questionnaire. the collected data was recorded in spss software and analyzed based on descriptive statistics.findings and conclusion: most of the university archives operate under the supervision of the university library and consist of administrative, historical, and research archives. official university / administrative and financial records comprise the bulk of the collection in university archives. professors, students and researchers outside the university were the main users of university archives. collection level was the most common level of records arrangement and description, and records arrangement and description are based on national and international standards, the most common of which is the isad standard. records and resources could only be used in the study room in most university archives. training programs in records arrangement and description for employees were a priority. holding exhibitions ranked first among the types of educational programs for users. in general, all the different activities and aspects of managing the identified university archives were very important in the university archives perspectives, but their importance varied in each university archive according to the university policies.
