تحلیل عرایض انتخاباتی دورۀ بیست‌ویکم مجلس شورای ملی

هدف: بررسی محتوایی عرایض انتخاباتی در دورۀ بیست‌ویکم مجلس شورای ملی.روش / رویکرد پژوهش: این پژوهش با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی به‌دنبال تحلیل محتوای عرایض دورۀ بیست‌ویکم مجلس شورای ملی است. پژوهش برپایۀ اسناد و مدارک آرشیوی و به‌ویژه عرایض هجده حوزۀ انتخابی به‌دنبال پاسخ‌گویی به این پرسش است که این عرایض را چه کسانی و خطاب به چه مقاماتی نوشته‌اند و محتوای آن‌ها چیست؟یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: بررسی‌ها نشانگر آن است که تعدادی از این عرایض از پیش‌از برگزاری انتخابات در قالب حمایت از کاندیدای مدنظر نویسندگان عرایض خطاب به مقامات عالیۀ کشور نگاشته شده‌اند و بیشتر عرایض پس‌از برگزاری انتخابات و شکست نامزدها، ازسوی نامزدها یا هوادارانشان خطاب به انجمن نظارت بر انتخابات و سپس مقامات وزارت کشور و مجلس شورای ملی و در معدودی خطاب به دربار و شاه ارسال شده‌است و ادبیات این عریضه‌ها متناسب با گفتمان حاکم بر شرایط کشور و هم‌نوایی با منویات شاه است.

purpose: to investigate the content of election petitions of the twenty-first national consultative assembly.method and research design: in order to distinguish the writers and the addressees of the petitions, and their contents, election petitions of eighteen constituencies were investigated using content analysis. findings and conclusions: the investigations clarified that a number of petitions were written before the election with the purpose of supporting a candidate and the addressees were the high-ranking authorities of the country, whereas the others were written after the election by the unsuccessful candidates or their political campaigns and the addressees were the board of control of the election, authorities of the ministry of interior and the national consultative assembly, the royal court and the king. the style and wording of the texts was in conformity with the current condition and discourse of the country and his majesty’s wishes.
