فرایند صدور مجوز چاپ و نشر روزنامه‌ها در دورۀ قاجار

هدف: فرایند صدور مجوزهای چاپ و نشر و بررسی ساختار شکلی و محتوایی آن‌ها، از ابتدای دورۀ ناصرالدین‌شاه تا پایان حکومت قاجار در این مقاله گزارش شده است.روش/ رویکرد پژوهش: داده‌ها از منابع کتابخانه‌ای و آرشیوی (عمدتاً آرشیو ملّی ایران) استخراج شده استیافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری:. آثار چاپی به‌ویژه روزنامه‌ها برای انتشار در دوران مذکور روند اداری خاصی را طی می‌کردند. این اسناد در اکثر موارد از ساختاری مشخص پیروی می‌کردند، ولی در برخی از مجوزهای چاپ و نشر به‌علّت تکمیل‌نشدن مدارک توسط شخص متقاضی، می‌توان تفاوت و تمایزی را در ساختار و محتوای اجازه‌نامه‌ها مشاهده کرد.
